During the last Sephora 20% off I decided to give voluspa a try. Picked a two wick watermelon. I knew you liked that one and our noses usually agree with one another. Anyway, it was a freakin tragedy when it arrived. The candle must’ve been stored on its side and gotten hot. When I opened the jar up one side of the had wax, the other side was empty space. 😢 So of course I returned it. Once I make room again (the kringle sale made my collection bloom and so now the cabinet is full) I will try to try voluspa again if I can get a deal.
I’ve really been enjoying Mediterranean Lemon. It’s a nice balance of fresh lemon juice and zest with a solar/fresh air note. Jardin de Verveine is amazing if you like lemongrass, lime, and green notes. Totally agree about Nobile Fir Garland! It’s incredible. Wasn’t a huge fan of Sparkling Cuvée, but it’s still nice. It’s just too deep into the wine and rose notes for me.
Correct on Southern California. I happen to live super close to the corporate office and the flagship store here, so naturally, I love this brand! Everything you said: super clean coconut wax that pools out to the bottom and will still harden back up, exquisitely conceived fragrances, and BEAUTIFUL glass vessels. The 3-wick tin is definitely the way to start for first timers because it has the best throw at the best price. After purchasing my first TRUDON candle this past weekend (omg), I no longer consider Voluspa luxury 🤣 - at least as far as price point. My preferred size is the single wick glass vessel large jar at $34, which I think is completely fair. Especially when it goes on sale, which it does each season. Favorite fragrances are Noble Fir Garland, Cherry Gloss, Temple Moss, Havana Mint Mojito and my all-time favorite, Moroccan Mint Tea (which, sadly does not come in the lidded glass vessel). I picked up the Kalahari Watermelon during Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale last year but am saving it for Spring. I love the rose blends collection too, but they're super faint. If they offered them in the 3-wick, I'd grab them in a heartbeat. I went to the boutique to smell the Mediterranean Lemon and it was lovely. As a collector of blue glass, it was a shoe-in. It doesn't have the same cheap lemon note as, say, Yankee or BBW but feels very natural and is also blended with a fair amount of floral. The scent stayed in my nose for 1/2 hour after I left the store. I think it's gorgeous. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on more Voluspa fragrances in the future! P.S. Loved the mention of Candle Delirium! Best store ever! Love going there; an amusement park for candle enthusiasts :)
@ All 5 of the glass jars I’m seeing have lids. I guess I’m just not understanding what you’re talking about. Hopefully they release what you’re wanting in the future. 👌🏻
Yes we love Melanie ❤️
Ahhh well now I get you. Save on trees but still smell them ❤
Have you seen the new 6 wick candle bowl of Cherry Gloss? I’m not sure how it smells, I haven’t tried it yet.

@@spectroman71 Moroccan Mint Tea actually does come in multiple glass vessel options!
@@JamieLynneLifestyle Right - just not the ones with the lids, which I really like :)

Get your daughter a candle warmer or pop out the wax and make your own wax melts. :)
Whaaat
Your hair. Is that natural colour
It is. I let it go in my mid 30s. Just was over covering up the gray.
@MrKongsMom gorgeous colour
