Eruption, Ruin and Spies are meme perks, mhm yes." Let me explain why this was a ignorant comment which lacks a lot of understanding on the game. Spies is not a meta perk (only on nurse) it is classed as a meme perk on other killers. But prob the least meme things (ironically) on the whole build. Eruption and ruin conflict meaning because they didn't cleanse ruin I never got eruption. So I wasted a perk slot. Territorial is 100% meme unless you have a build, built around it. So essentially I had spies and ruin as my build. Saying "That's not meme!" just sounds dumb imo. I feel DBD conversations are kind of meaningless because they never come to a conclusion. Its why people still talk about the same stuff, 8 years later. It's why I also know me explaining all this will not do anything either, but I just felt I needed to because my god is DBD a cesspit of bad takes and opinions. Now reply to this saying some how spies is godlike and ruin and eruption is a good synergy, I couldn't care less. Have fun! Cheers!
I think spies is meta on knight cuz it helps with guard tracking and still allows you to see the notification in spirit pathway form thingy (By guard tracking I mean guards react to sound too like nemesis's zombies do)
Seems like you have some valid arguments, except they can be applied only to THIS particular match where ruin wasn't cleansed, eruption didn't get used, etc. Calling Spies a meme perk... idk, you are a pro player with tons of hours, i doubt any info perk (except verily Territorial) might be a "meme" perk, knowing where people are is extremely important for such experienced players like you imo. Having 2 massive gen regression perks, one constant info perk and only one meme (which has some potential after they added Sable basement perks btw) is in no way a meme build overall. The fact that you didn't use its full potential in one match doesn't negate its mightiness so to say, were you to face solos, you might have an easy win probably. I mean it also depends on the style of the comp team. For example, when I was scrimming our group controlled tempo through stealth. So against a Blight, our matches were slow because we would move for a reset instead of trying to push it before he could get back to hook. And blight wants to bounce from one objective to the next, patrolling to hooking, so a new chase etcetera. To me, it seems like Eternal just is very seemless with knowing who needs to be where. But some teams micro is very high, they are probably very entertaining. But “risk” is never really the best strategy, and what’s “safe” or “guaranteed” is often boring.
It's crazy how Survivor Mains are angry on the account of a team they are not even in. Yes, everybody can lose, Tru3 and overall Top MMR players aren't immune to losing, I doubt Elysium care that much of a public game, and the "they're not trying!" is just idiotic, of course they were trying, everybody is trying to learn something new, or to get better, and you don't get better by losing voluntarily.

Try Weave attunement and Franklin's, Mindbreaker and Tinkerer, its my fav build for chucky. you dont need Gen defense in this game when you have alot of hooks, and chucky is perfect for this after his buffs

Spies is a really strong tracking and info perk its just over shadowed by other really really strong perks. you only have one "meme" perk out of the lot. you played well at some points but they also made a shit load of mistakes that you could have turned into a better result.
Imagine if Tru3 wasn't trolling either and actually met their meta perks with a meta build of his own. This was a community build of random bullshit chat came up with lol. The 'they were trolling' copium doesn't work too well here when they brought DS, DH, UB, and Background Player with one person running gen rush and Tru3's best perk was Ruin which has anti-synergy with Eruption.

Spies is a really strong tracking and info perk its just over shadowed by other really really strong perks. you only have one "meme" perk out of the lot. you played well at some points but they also made a shit load of mistakes that you could have turned into a better result.

The 'they were trolling' copium doesn't work too well here when they brought DS, DH, UB, and Background Player with one person running gen rush and Tru3's best perk was Ruin which has anti-synergy with Eruption.
