Fact that kelsey is really beaten up goes against what they both said in both first statement and testimony.
But what the independent witness sais" 2 girls where fighting, and ive saw a Flash coming from 1 of the girls so one of them shot.
When tory calls kelsey he had no clue shes been shot, kelsey had no clue.
She wasnt aloud by megan to visit her, she was outside the hospital.
He had an affair with both kelsey and megan that was best friends, and they where all good friends and he revealed that.
Kelsey said she saw him shot st her direction but aiming down.
After they went to the car was megan calm .
Also not What independent witness said.

Should also think of megan said so many diffent stories but no one is the one kelsey ssid when she he saw tory shot.
