Is this video a Joke? He is doin more damge then genos ssr. OMG what the hack is that what i can see here. PEN EYE 5/6 dont do that. Pen Eye and Mind Reader have to be maxed and use sneak attack for extra crits. You can keep Sonics Creit at 100% if you use the right chips!
Yeah with the mems I had I couldn't get 6/6 pen eye, even with his crit rate, it's hard to have a good damage stat for him so he doesn't deal out enough dps
