Another tip, ignitions caused by Polaris Lance with Dawn Chorus can infinitely stunlock the bosses as long as you keep hitting headshots. Combine that with well chaining and it's game over
@@genericbleach-9288 Oh, ok. I have a dawn chorus build I love (multiple legend 50 wave clears) and was wondering if there was some sauce I could apply to it.
A tip that might help some people is that if your super is already charged going into the pyramid for any of the 10’s rounds, have a teammate place the rally banner and open the door to the boss for you. This gives you line of sight on the boss to use a super like a tether from a distance and then grabbing the rally banner right after to get a 2nd super to also use in the boss fight. The banner will disappear tho so you can’t wait too long
Consume threadling grenade then rally to the flag start shooting consume grenade from flag 13 total threadling with unraveling rounds is good. Also do the same type of thing with voidlock, drop rift for voidsoul then rally flag shoot for the tag then rift again
FYI in case no one has noticed, as soon as you walk through the portal for the boss fight, you hear the sound of the boss when you go through the portal so you can adjust your loadout if it’s a brig vs a tormentor for example
i highly suggest all of you try Buried Bloodline with non-void subclasses, especially strand. it’s a full heal on every kill (which you get a lot of, it’s onslaught), and even if you have healing dealt with, it’s still a bunch of free grenade energy, along with being able to apply weaken more often than tractor cannon. In addition to all of this, rocket sidearms (which includes bloodline) count as primary weapons for finder mods, meaning you’ll be getting a lot of ammo with it
5:54 Drengr is a weird word, is translates into something along the lines of "warrior" or "fighter" in old Norse. the way you would pronounce it is "Dren Gur" with a very soft R and the Gur mostly coming from the back of your throat/tongue, like how you would say the "C" in "Cough".
You can also heal your teammates by throwing batteries at them. Also, you can heal Tom by throwing a battery at him. It is in fact a bug. (A friend at bungie did confirm this.) They’re planning on fixing this at some point.
Sometimes I know everything the video will go over because I’m a huge loser and have been playing for 10 years, but I watch anyway because I enjoy the way you phrase things
Any Strand weapon with SLICE is huge on the Phoenix Protocol build for Well of Radiance. Since you're always in a Well anyways, but the damage at high levels can burn through it, you can pop a quick Phoenix Dive to activate Slice on demand. This will let you Sever (40% reduced damage output) up to 5 enemies, even through immune shields. I particularly like this on Scatter Signal for single target damage, or Tusk of the Boar for funneled mobs. Happy hunting!
I've brewed up a pretty zesty Arc Hunter build that I've been enjoying. Subjunctive with Attrition Orbs is by far the best way to generate orbs in the game, Star-Eater buffs the super energy you get from your orbs to give you roughly 3% per orb, Dodge with Powerful Attraction to pick them all up and melee to proc grave robber so you don't need to reload as much. You can get your super in roughly a minute give or take how hard you go into the orb spam and your Intelligence. Gathering storm is really good at locking down hallways so the build works pretty well
It's one of my go to build for hunter beside from Opheus. It's Solar hunter with Shards of Galanor. It works really well in Onslaught. You could generate a lot of super energy and orbs when pair with another Opheus hunter. With Amber of Singeing, Dynamo, and Distribution eqiupped, you will be able to use your super one after another in no time.
So glad Dawn Chorus was featured here, I used it during an LFG legend onslaught run and generated 244 orbs, nearly 100 more than my Orpheus Rigs Hunter, it was aggravating, but reassuring, because I love my dawn chorus build so much!
Surprised I don’t see many people talking about aeons, I’ve been running them on void titan with the fragments for invis and volatile on finishers and you are able to generate more ammo than your teammates can use
Also, I dont know if it would work in legend, but I was using a Fool's Remedy with armor piercing rounds, hip fire, and kill clip and it worked really well against hive solar shields.
using your first video i managed to get my first (normal) onslaught wave 50 completion.. with *two* tormentor spawns and the 10 tormentor lightning round
Shadebinder 'lock, Renewal hunter and Pyrogale titan have been my go to's so far. Stasis with a headstone handcannon really surprised me as to how efective it is.
been using a titan consecration build with the arms that make your super a fire tornado and the solar pulse you get from coil or lair heal clip and incandescent
I have been using precious scars on solar Titan and is totally a clutch with sunshot you constantly heal your team and if you rock benevolence you have never ending melee and heal nades.
Ive been using lumia+boots of assem. and the heal clip fusion rifle and been having a damn good time. Still do plenty of damage with snaps and solar nades. But the constant healing and damage boosts to allies seems to be doing very well. Especialy since my ability regen isnt tied to just kills with the benevolance fragment.
50 rounds on legend. Void hunter, orphius rig and lucky pants for torms. One friend warlock with submarine helmet for unending heavy bricks, other with sunbracers build, both on well. Wardens law for torm kills, calus mini tool otherwise and bait and switch apex.
I keep seeing these videos and I have yet to not complete 50 rounds. I used a few strand builds and I just stayed with a modified version of plunder’s build a while back. My Titan is literally a walking nuke using Severance Enclosure. My weapons switched up a bit just to keep it spicy. It’s pretty hilarious to just blast enemies into the air no matter what the size. If you want a good laugh, try it out. Again. I have not had an issue clearing 50 rounds.
I was told repeatedly that Phoenix needed to be paired with another warlock to be really "good" but I really doubted it. Also one that could help would be Cenotaph with Divinity (Bigger targets / boss)
My 50 clear was on a threadling warlock. Weapons kind of don't matter, but a weapon with hatchling doesn't hurt. Spam threadling grenade, rift, and weave walk, with the boots (can't remember their name) and watch chaos ensue.
Personally i have been using dawn chorus with well. I dont see a need for Phoenix, i have a well for each wave simply by using my solar primary (auto rifle) and dragonsbreath heavy. I rarely ude my special, but have succession with recombination for some extra damage against Tommy
I love the video, but I wanted to ask: As a Free to Play player, is there any sort of budget build for Outbreak perfected, D.A.R.C.I or Hierarchy of needs?? I'm only just starting to get into that part of them game where selecting a specific weapon and exotic armor is important for a build and any sort of tip is appreciated. I main hunter if that helps
Hierarchy of Needs fits pretty decently into any of the various Well of Radiance builds out there, though maybe less so on hunter (also, I didn't think that was free to play?). Outbreak is a decent workhorse primary, should go well with the tether build to lock lanes down by spamming nanites everywhere. I've never seen DARCI used for anything other than a measuring stick, maybe there's something there I don't know about though. I'd take the Orpheus Rig build since it is probably the least reliant on running any specific weapon out of all of them. The toughest part for you I think is going to be champion coverage, since only sidearms get anti-barrier from the artifact this season--I think your best bet might be to rely on Flint Striker to get radiant for that, which would lend itself to Hierarchy of Needs (bows get radiant from two headshots in a row and also unstoppable bow is in the artifact, so you can use Hierarchy to get radiant and then that makes your other weapons have anti-barrier). So short answer: do the Orpheus Rig build, pick any special weapon in the kinetic slot (a disorienting GL might be nice, or Tusk of the Boar if you picked it up this last Iron Banner, or Succession or Mountaintop from this event), do any solar bow in the energy slot (aside from Hierarchy, the best legendary one is Tyranny of Heaven, which I don't think you have access to f2p unless you spent a bunch of wish tokens on it, but there's Strident Whistle and Pre Astyanax from Zavala which are almost as good), and then do a rocket launcher in the energy slot (Dragon's Breath is great if you don't use an exotic in another slot, or you might go for Braytech Osprey from Nightfalls). Ensure you have unstoppable bow, flint striker, and overload rocket launcher in the artifact, and your champ stuns are covered. Most of the solar-related artifact perks don't even require you to be on a solar subclass, which is kinda wild. Rays of Precision will turn your bow headshots into ignitions, and the other rocket-related artifact perks are also great so pick them up too.
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE STAY ON THE ADU WITH TOM BEING RIGHT ON THEM LMAOOO. thank you for informing people to run away from the adu. i assume they think the tormentor is going for the adu, but he isnt.

Tom isn't a fan of the ignitions either XD
Polaris can do this without dawn chorus
What does Dawn Chorus add? It's improved scorch, not improved ignite. Do you mean DC in addition to Embers of Char, Eruption, and Ashes?
