Knees over Toes Conditioning (for Movement Practice, Acrobatics, Dance, Parkour, ..)

  • 9 variations to rule them all..
    Well, or at least to condition your knees for some expected load and impact.
    I would recommend to practice all variations every once in a while if you share a similar practice. Between 5 and 8 repetitions, 2 to 4 sets. For the exploration simply move to a song that you like and push until you feel the burn - this is conditioning in the end..

    I like the idea of the open exploration, just go with it. Heck for warmups I just dance to one of my toddlers movie songs no regimen on that lol
