Very cool the kenitic one is fantastic in 1.35 I've just built the afv club husky mk3 with the IED arm like on the buffalo's need mengs cougar 6x6 next! The dash should be black n grey in the maxx pro though?
Did you paint as you built? I ask because you were adding the panel line wash and I wasn't sure if paint was applied first. Very nice work by the way!!!!!
I panel line as I go, the only parts that were painted are the windows with clear blue, and outer window frame with light sand. Other than that, nothing was painted all bare plastic. Cleaning up the panel line somehow makes the plastic looks painted, it was the unexpected effect I really like. Thank you for watching! Hope you enjoy my other videos too.
I thought about the same thing but so far I have not seen any. I would think by now modern figure in 1/16 would be all over the place but not. Maybe companies think this scale for modern military figures doesn't sell?
Mail order from Squadron. At the time of purchased when it first released I think I paid mid 90's. I know I paid under $100 for sure. And the 1/16 M-ATV was even less, if I remember correctly.
Just panel lining. Painted the lens red & orange. Painted the windows clear blue (which I regret). Didn't apply the decals just in case I will paint the model someday (will never happen). Thank you very much for watching.
Thanks! You can use the wheels maybe, and everything else under are too fragile for RC and will have to be junk. The wheelbase is too small for the 1/10 chassis.
I already pack away the model and not very convience to take it out again, you can try google MRAP data. Give me couple days when I have time I'll move stuff around then I can get to it and measure the model for you.
I have a couple of 1/35 too in the collections and they do have more parts. Being on a large scale, more parts = higher price tag. I think as-is is ok, I am happy with what it got and that open for more opportunity for aftermarket upgrades parts.

!!!!!!! I was noticing, since I now have the kit, when in comparing the pics in the US 4x4 MRAP MAXXPRO book by Wings and Wheels (Zwilling/Collins) and the kit (I am at the point of final paint) the enviromental rack and the radio rack are 180out - in other words they are switched....is this a kit issue or can the systems be switched in real life......too difficult w/o total scratch rebuild...any suggestions?????!!!!!.
I wish that trumpeter went with a fully modeled engine on this model all the tanks that they have have full motors xmsns and detailed interiors besides this one and the matv disappointing
Great result. Especially when I think that you did not paint anything. Only used a panelliner
A fantastic model...
SICKNESS!!!!! I can't wait to snatch one up! Thanks Dude!!!!!!!
Outstanding work.
Impressive work.
That thing is huge, lots of parts.
Yeah, take up a lot of parking space.
Loved this video so we had to watch it again..
Great vid, nice work, awesome piece!

Allen Tam ,
Are there any 1/16 scale figures on the market which will be suitable for this model? It would make a great diorama.
I thought about the same thing but so far I have not seen any. I would think by now modern figure in 1/16 would be all over the place but not. Maybe companies think this scale for modern military figures doesn't sell?
Thanks. I think I will not paint mine and use the panel line accent color. What clear blue did you use? Did you airbrush it or painted it with brush?
I use Tamyia spray can but I wish I didn't. I seen the real thing and the windows are clear.
Hello sir how much is this model cost? Did you ship it? Thank you looks killer
Sorry, I don't sell anything.
@@AllenTam where did you buy it and how much did it cost?

@@AllenTam thank you sir that model is truly badass thanks again be safe
No decals or painting done?
Just panel lining. Painted the lens red & orange. Painted the windows clear blue (which I regret). Didn't apply the decals just in case I will paint the model someday (will never happen). Thank you very much for watching.
what about a tan .50 cal and ammo can?
What about it? I just want panel lines the model and only paint the lights. And thank you for watching :D
oh okay I got ya
hi excellent work, could you decide the wheelbase that has to be able to adapt them to a truck radio control, thanks
Thanks! You can use the wheels maybe, and everything else under are too fragile for RC and will have to be junk. The wheelbase is too small for the 1/10 chassis.
I have a 1/16 chassis but I want to confirm the wheelbase to see if it works
I can't confirm that but just by looking at it, it will not work. The model is 1/16, way to small. You will have to custom build a RC chassis.
that's why my question of how much it measures between axes to be able to design it
I already pack away the model and not very convience to take it out again, you can try google MRAP data. Give me couple days when I have time I'll move stuff around then I can get to it and measure the model for you.
I am currently building a 1/35 from Kinetic. After watching your video, I'm surprise this large scale kit has less parting than the 1/35.
I have a couple of 1/35 too in the collections and they do have more parts. Being on a large scale, more parts = higher price tag. I think as-is is ok, I am happy with what it got and that open for more opportunity for aftermarket upgrades parts.

You ask the wrong guy. I hardly build armor, sorry I don't know...
Great work, I wonder if it can fir GI Joe's?
와우 먹선만 넣으면 되넹 첨알았음
Do the wheels spin or is it fixed ?
The wheels are " not" fixed.
good! I like!
How much is it?
I paid less than $150 shipping included.
