Anyways, the producers got greedy and did not share the profits with Jack (and also with the Pastor), so they replaced Jack with gays who can barely act straight. Such a waste and poor Elizabeth.
My daughter is obsessed with this series, she has gotten a lot of their autographs, they are all very humble actors. Season 9 starts here in Florida on March 6. Have fun watching and enjoying 😘

Abigail was the one who encouraged the pastor to put his bad past behind him and embrace his new life in Hope Valley. Now Hallmark disregard their own storyline of forgiveness, with their brutal approach towards Lori. Very disappointing, Hallmark!
The last season I watched was the one before Jack died. I had just started watching the season he was killed off on Netflix when I watched a video about the cast and someone said something about him dying. I was really upset about the spoiler and his character dying so I never watched it again. I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with me, but when half of the main couple "dies" (it *is* Elizabeth's story, isn't it?) I feel it's too hard to recover. I would have preferred a new actor to take his place. I know that can be hard to get used to, but after time--as long as the chemistry is good between the two--people can move past the change because the story is more important.

I didn’t watch this because I thought it was too much like the series, Love Comes Softly. But saw the first show, and was hooked. Nice to see all of my fav Hallmark actors. I was pissed when I got to the end of Season 5. What the hell??? Oh well. Netflix, you need to get me the next seasons!!!! Let’s go! And let me say, Jack Wagner...damn!
It was a shocker when Jack was killed off, but the show rallied with the love triangle. However, it's gone on ridiculously long and I'm getting annoyed. She needs to pick wonderful Lucas, Nathan needs to find someone to love, and let's move on. I have mixed feelings about Lori Loughlin returning. She was very good in the part, but her sweetness now has a sour taste and would be difficult to 'buy' anymore. I feel so sad for the REAL ATHLETES who worked hard to be admitted to the University but were denied because entitled, spoiled Lori Loughlin and husband lied and cheated to skip over them and get her princesses in instead. It's disgusting and she doesn't deserve to just get back like nothing happened. Actions have consequences.
Every one of the actors of the show are amazing and I love watching them...I have to admit Jack and Elizabeth are my favorite couple and I actually cried when he died, which just shows what great writers and amazing actors they are to touch a person deeply, so deeply that you actually hurt for the character, I could actually feel Elizabeth's pain. I really wish he (Daniel/Jack) could/would have stayed in the show. That being said, this is such a favorites series of mine that I've watched it twice now and can hardly wait for season 9!

Lori Loughlan was so beautiful in the role of Abigail it as so bad when she left, Henry Gowen was just so right for her in that role. it was a beautiful storyline that never got oiff the ground .I t was curious to me that such an awesomely attractive actor like Henry Gowen had been so badly cast and they were just about to redeam themselves and Abigail was gone.

I was actually thinking why not have him come back but with amnesia... he was found and saved by locals of the town (older couple), and after years of recuperation he heads to Hamilton on errands and is seen by his brother and Elizabeth's sister walking down a street, after some time of investigating they approach him but he doesn't recognize them... and it goes from there... it is what I could and would believe and would love to see... my version anyway...

The other day I went on to see if Netflix had season 6 and just looking at all of the characters in the picture made me want to throw up. I haven’t been on it in 2 months and finally got back on about 5 days ago.
Lori Laughlin (the actress who played Abigail) and her real-life husband paid some $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters into the University of Southern California. The next bits are my takes on this: 1) Why would somebody pay that kind of money to get what I perceive to be two unappreciative daughters into a prestigious school like USC, when the one plainly stated that she just wanted to party there? 2) When other kids bust their butts to try to get grades good enough to be considered worthy to enter USC, why did Lori and her husband figure that they could just circumvent the whole process by bribing officials? 3) Granted, I've never heard about recriminations for the USC officials in this whole scandal, but are they going to face any penalties themselves? And I am including higher-ups in this... I stopped watching WCTH when Jack died. That, and when I watched the series, Netflix only carried up to Season 5.

Like I know Abigail is just a fictional character and that’s not Lori’s really self, it’s just crazy to me she can go from playing that nice, sweet independent Abigail, to a person who “will do anything under all costs” to get her ungrateful daughters into school.

I actually think the show is much better without Lori Loughlin. it gave Elizabeth a chance to shine on her own... and her character is stronger and more interesting because of that. Besides, the two men in her life this last year has been really fun to see. :)

I was actually thinking why not have him come back but with amnesia... he was found and saved by locals of the town (older couple), and after years of recuperation he heads to Hamilton on errands and is seen by his brother and Elizabeth's sister walking down a street, after some time of investigating they approach him but he doesn't recognize them... and it goes from there... it is what I could and would believe and would love to see... my version anyway...

*_Now, if Kavan is going to be killed off...Hallmark had better come up with a MIRACLE to compensate! 🤨 To replace Kavan, they’re going to have to find a very Charismatic & Humoristic actor... because that show is very moody... & Kavan & Pascale brake the ice... I miss Lori and hopefully she will be back on Hallmark one day. I never saw or felt any chemistry between Jack & Elilzabeth, pretty boring. I really hope Elizabeth ends up with Chris McNally's character, much more storyline that way. He is absolutely more interesting and chemistry there. My opinion.

The next bits are my takes on this: 1) Why would somebody pay that kind of money to get what I perceive to be two unappreciative daughters into a prestigious school like USC, when the one plainly stated that she just wanted to party there? 2) When other kids bust their butts to try to get grades good enough to be considered worthy to enter USC, why did Lori and her husband figure that they could just circumvent the whole process by bribing officials? 3) Granted, I've never heard about recriminations for the USC officials in this whole scandal, but are they going to face any penalties themselves? And I am including higher-ups in this...
I stopped watching WCTH when Jack died. That, and when I watched the series, Netflix only carried up to Season 5.
snickpickle I haven’t watched more since Jack died either. I agree with what u said about Lori’s daughters. it just blows my mind though. Like I know Abigail is just a fictional character and that’s not Lori’s really self, it’s just crazy to me she can go from playing that nice, sweet independent Abigail, to a person who “will do anything under all costs” to get her ungrateful daughters into school.

I actually think the show is much better without Lori Loughlin. it gave Elizabeth a chance to shine on her own... and her character is stronger and more interesting because of that. Besides, the two men in her life this last year has been really fun to see. :)
