Beautiful! I am starting to do more mini twists and braids and not adding synthetic hair. I feel it was drying my hair out. How often do you wash your hair? I workout a lot and feel I need to wash my hair at least once a week.
Thank you 😊 I typically wash my hair once a week and when I was active I would cowash in between. Also, exfoliate my scalp once a month.
