i think i read somewhere that the letters indicate the pigments that were mixed to make a certain color, like YR means that they mixed yellow and red, or smth like that. i think it’s super cool!
Hopefully they spot this comment; I love the Copic code system. Ever other alcohol marker brand I've tried has a ridiculous color code/naming system and I never know what color I'm about to use unless I swatch it. When Steph said she doesn't like the code names I was like ???? because how do you know what color you're using?
May I suggest an e08 in Copic ciao? It has very reddy undertones and in my opinion much closer to terracotta as I have that ohuhu marker too and I just swatches them together and cannot tell the difference. Good luck though finding your perfect marker
Here's how the copic color code system works, so you can be fluent in copic. The letters at the beginning correspond to the color family. R = Red, YR = Yellow-Red, Y = Yellow, YG = Yellow-Green, etc. The first number corresponds to the color's saturation. The lower the numbers(0,1,2, etc.), will be more saturated. As opposed to higher numbers(7,8,9,etc.), which are more desaturated. The second number corresponds to the marker's brightness. The lower the number, the lighter it will be. The higher the number, the darker it will be. Sometimes if the marker is very pastel/bright, there will be multiple zeros. (V000, RV0000, etc.) I hope that helped!
MY SOCKS NEVER MATCH EITHER 😂 so cool getting to see you experience copics for the first time!! I have a hard time spending money on them so I still have a tiny collection and I’m afraid to use them 😬
Just for anyone who doesn't know... a port jackson is a very cute little shark with really weird teeth designed for grinding the shells off shellfish and lives around the southern waters of Australia. We see them when we go diving.
I'm surprised Steph didn't draw herself or Adam for the cute things in the room.... Also, don't worry Steph, my hands shake a lot too. Taking photos is kinda hard though.
I just started watching this channel about a week ago and I can't stop binge watching their videos! Their relationship is so wholesome and they've inspired me to start drawing again. Also, love me some crockery blue!!
Oh a Copic color that would be pretty close to Terra Cotta, is E08 Brown (I know, the name is very boring) Also, where did you get your copics, I'm dying to know. Well, I hope that helped you Steph on your quest to find a new terra cotta❤
I think the color brown is an almost perfect match to the terra cotta color. It's much redder than the other copics you tried and I think this one is worth a shot. If it helps you find it easier, the copic number for it is E03
The two letters in the beginning of the code tell you the color and the number tells you saturation. Y stands for yellow, r for red, b for blue, e for brown earth tones etc. The higher the number the more saturated it is. Hope this helps :)
About the wobbly hands, Charles Shultz, the illustrator that created Charly Brown and the Peanuts comics, had wobbly hands near the end of career, but his artwork is still so good, and SO loved! I think your wobbliness is nothing to be ashamed of. ❤️
1. I like the small changes in the video editing. I like the old style too, but new is always nice. good work. 2. Steph - I remember when you mentioned your shakey hand... I never noticed until you pointed it out. You gotta roll with the abilites you got, and think you do good at doing just that.
I have Copics and Promarkers because I love them both lol. The Copic numbering system can help you to choose blending colours. For example colours from 0000-09 or 20-29 go together but it's harder to blend if there is a gap more than 3 although you can use the tip to tip method to get a better blend. Tip number two (I only learnt this one this week on one of the official Copic channels) is called the 10+2 method where you pick a colour then add 12 to it to pick your next blending colour, eg start with 13 then the next colour would be 25 the 37. Also did you know you can mix and match your markers? You don't exclusively have to use Copics with Copics, you can use them with your Ohuhus and Promarkers and whichever other markers you have :) Oh I just remembered one more tip, using greys under your colours to add shadows when you don't have blending families. It's best to swatch test this before you do it as some work better with warm greys some cool and then you need to pick the best darkness level as well. I can see you are joining the dark side with your marker addiction... Welcome lol!
I like to buy sets but im cheap so i get them as gifts for major holidays. So far i have the 36 A in ciao. I want the set E next. So I just have to pray I get blending colors haha.
You have promarkers? Am I right that they are Windsor and Newton, I have those too. I'm getting ohuhu on the 30th (oct) for my birthday, but I'm interested to know the difference between promarkers and copics.
honestly don't be. The nibs can be replaced and the ink can be refilled. Yes they're expensive but as long as you don't like smash the marker barrel you can basically keep going forever provided you can afford the additionals. You cannot become fluent in an art supply without using them
There is something so very relaxing about this video. I'm loving all the new you threw into it as well with the time lapse, different angles, and the beautiful quick zooms ❤️
I loved seeing Steph’s swatching sped up! Does Adam do most of the editing? The editing is awesome! Copics are very good at blending. Is there a way to mix some of the colours you have to make something similar to your Terracotta? Adam should have drawn Pot Jarkson...
I have a really bad tremor in my hand as well, and you have really inspired me to keep going with my art. I've recently gotten into watercolors because of your videos, and they're super forgiving of my tremor! Thank you for the inspiration and your general good moods!
2:33 I have over 100 copics! And yes, the codes do make sense to me haahah The ciao markers are actually cheaper because they hold less ink than the sketch/original markers
All those copic markers!! :O so jealous!! I think the strange code names on the markers are named by the pigment used to create the colours - like watercolours. So that in theory like with watercolours you can use the same pigment code no matter the brand to find the same colour as the water colour brands use different names for the same colour. R = red, Y = yellow, V = violet, G = green etc. E is probably for earth, I guess? XD and then YR would mean a yellow red or YG is yellow green etc. hope that helps with the “logic” behind the names :)
really enjoyed the time lapsing and ~*aesthetic*~ shots of the copics w/ chill music- it made the video feel really polished and just a little extra than usual, I’d love to see more in the future!
I am thinking about getting my own set, from money I have been saving up. So, I am super glad you did this video. I would love to know what you guys think of them after doing some more artwork. Thanks Steph, and Adam!
ShayTheKittay if alcohol markers are a medium you know you like them I would definitely say go for it!! They last a long time, and even so they’re refillable, so if you use them a lot it’s definitely worth it. They have so many colors too, lots of light and dark tones so you’ll probably have any color you could ever want as you expand your selection. And started with ciao is a good idea cause they’re cheaper, they’re a little smaller than the sketch and come in less colors but it’s good for beginners. But if you know you’re going to love them and collect a lot then sketch might be better cause in the long run they hold my ink and are a little nicer. I hope this helps!!
I really loved how Adam's warrior turned out and Steph, these wobbly lines are actually pretty cool! I can't believe how consistent they are either! You're awesome.
Yas adam there was something fancy in the bag and i just woke up and i live in england so i live in the same timeline as you and yes a bed is way fancier than a floor
Hey guys just wanted to say that I subscribed a couple of days ago and I'm already in love with your channel. I've been binge watching video after video and loving every second of it. I have to admit of all the art channels, I've learned the most from yours. You might not have taught me how to use a particular medium or how to draw something, but you taught me how to have fun drawing again. For the longest time I have been so hard on myself always thinking that I wasn't good enough, younger people already surpassed me and that I was never going to make it, but thanks to you guys I was able to pick up a pencil and draw again, and even if not every work I do is perfect, it's ok as long as I enjoy it. So again thank you Adam and Steph.
I love this channel so much! The content( the type of videos you make) the humor, and just simply y'all's personality! Oh and did I mention your beautiful, Steph, ( I dunno your name, I'm sorry) much love to this channel! 😄😄
15:19 steph's speech here is what I love about Doodle Date. If you have a tremor, if you are colorblind, if you deal with any other limitations, that doesn't mean you can't be an artist. I want to show this to everyone who wants to be an artist but is unsure of themselves.
I don't know if you will see my twitter post, so I will also share my findings here~ I think E07 Light Mahogany might be a better match to Ohuhu's terracotta. I do not own that Ohuhu marker; however, when comparing E07 to E13, E07 is just a smidgen darker and more red in color. It might not be an exact match, but maybe closer?
I love you guys, you're so funny and original in each video. Never gonna stop watching ya. Love the improvements in the videos also, it all feels so smooth! ❤
You guys tried some new things while editing this video, and I really enjoyed it! I love your usual editing of course, but the style you were trying out this time was very nice, too! I have to say, y'all have been such an inspiration artistically and in filmography, but also as people without very much money trying to make it in the art world! Thank you so much for all you do, we love you Adam and Steph!
Since you like drawing armour, Adam, I recommend learning to blend the markers to get that smooth metallic shine. With brush nibs it's easier than bullet nibs, so now is the time. Basically, just quickly colour on top of the previous layer before it has dried, and go back and forth with the previous marker and the next one. I think I remember Steph having a colourless blender there somewhere, too, to get those light colour fade into nothing.
The way Copic codes work are: (Let's use B29 - Ultramarine) B = The Colour range (Blue) 2 = Blending Group (If you want to blend the markers with other colours, try to blend them with colours on the same blending group (Every colour family has them (They go from 0 - 9))) 9 = The Intensity of the colour (With blue it is like how blue it is, bigger numbers meaning it's bluer) This Works with any Copic marker Type or Colour. HELLO FROM THE SOUTH-WEST OF ENGLAND AS WELL! 😂
Also, if you want the same colour as Terracotta, try to use the Japanese Copic App (In English of course) and use it to take a photo of the Terracotta. It will suggest the colour that is the closest. 😃
the robot code tells you a bunch about the marker!! the letter is the color family (b=blue, bg=blue green, etc) and then the numbers tell you about the blending group and saturation. the blending group number helps you figure out which colors will blend well together
the codes are abbreviations for the colors ie R=red and YR= orange etc. i dont really use markers frequently but i recently bought six copics. The reason i know this is through watching plenty of people coloring with them and noticing a pattern of abbreviations
I know that color, you love it because the pigment its super pure, vibrant and consistent (you cant see little white spots when you use it), im pretty sure that is E07 light Mahogany or E19 Redwood (its the same pigment but with a slightly different heat treatment). In the color chart of copic looks pretty dull but its almost like a burnt sienna in person.
It's funny, running along the crockery line, I have an acrylic paint called nanna's hanky, it's a lovely pastel purple :3 I also have a pretty bad tremors, it's hereditary, and I get past it by drawing quite swiftly and lots of flicks. You can't really tell in my art that I have it usually. Some days it's so bad I can't even put loose leaf tea into my cup, but most days I can do most things.
I found a copic color ,that is pretty similar to the Terra Cotta Uhuhu 😊 I think ,that E19 is really close to Terra Cotta 😊 And sorry if my english is bad 😂 I am german 😂😂😂
Copic ciao have a little nodule on the lids to stop them rolling away. Just make sure to have at least one lid on at all times. Ciao are cheaper than sketch because they have less ink. They all use the same ink so are easy to refill.
i haven’t watched your videos in a while because i was busy with school and health stuff. sooo happy i came back just in time to see you using one of my favorite art supplies. missed laughing along so much!
I'd like to formally apologize for all the times I've gotten Port Jackson's name wrong. If it makes him feel any better, he may call me Paul from now on.
you guys are the ultimate inspiration source for me! the way you draw and the way you approach art amazes me! I always join in with some doodles, I like to think of me as a third wheel to doodle date!
“The Zig Cartoonist Mangaka Flexible Pen is perfect for drawing, inking, and outlining your manga art! It has a flexible fine point tip that produces thin and thick lines, making it a versatile and essential tool for manga artists. The water-based pigment ink is water resistant with watercolors and resists smudging with alcohol-based markers once it is dry” - Jet Pens website
Their website says it is water resistant once it's dry (it's a water-based pen, so would probably smudge if you wet-brushed it before it dried). I've not noticed any smudging when I use water over mine.
Im a avid copic user, primarily because I get majority of my collection as gifts or they were on sale xD. But yea, the numbers and letters are a lot more helpful for when you need to get specific replacements and when you need to find colors in the same color family. Very helpful but also happy you guys are trying copics out!
I love copics! And yeah, the codes are confusing at first, but helpful once you figure out how they work. Copics are super awesome just because of their variety in shades and the brush nib, though that seems to be catching on in some other brands as well
Store your markers on their sides! It keeps them from having one side that's drier than the other, so instead of having a crusty chisel tip and a super liquidy brush nib, the ink is more evenly distributed. I didn't know about the circle thing, though! I gotta try that!
Hey Steph, my hands shake really bad too especially when I draw. I always use really thick lines in my art to cover it up, and even though I like my style, it's sometimes disappointing that I can't draw with thin lines. It is encouraging to hear other artists talk about having the same problem, though, so thanks for being real with us. Love your videos. You two are so fun. Have a nice day.
They’re so fancy lookin ooooo ;) A 50% off sale?? that’s insane :OOO (i always tend to love the colour names way more too haha xD that’s why i buy most of the markers i have xD) Also loving the sped up swatching :D please add more of that xD no ohuhu zone? or a.. NOHUHU ZONE? sorry xD
I LOVE Copics! And yes, the codes have a meaning. For example, YR means Yellow Red, so orange. :) There’s also a chart you get where you can tick off which colours you have/want and it has all the codes next to the colours so they’re easier to search for online and in stores.
Copics are my main media kinda? I've been using them for a few years and the whole number stuff is just an easier way to identify the colour families! so like, the black markers are just numbers, there are yellow-green colors that would be YG, blue-greens are BG, reds are R, and violets or like reddy purples are RV or P or something along those lines! hope that clears a little up? i tried
The numbers have a meaning on the markers. For example..
The letters tell what color family the markers are in
RV - Red Violet
R - Red
YR - Yellow Red
Y - Yellow
YG - Yellow Green
G - Green
BG - Blue Green
B - Blue
BV -Blue Violet
V - Violet
E - Earth
N - Neutral Grey
T - Toner Grey
C - Cool Grey
W - Warm Grey
And there is a small selection of fluorescent markers
Then the two (sometimes more) numbers at the end..
First Number: Indicates the saturation of the marker. 0 is the most saturated, 9 is least saturated.
Second number: The brightness number. The lightest colors would have a 0 (some even have 2-4 0s indicating extremely light shades - Ex: E0000, BV000) and 9 indicates the darkest color.
I hope this helps you guys understand the numbering system a little better!
By the way, there is also an official copic swatch sheet that you can print out! It'll help you keep track of the colors you've got!
i think i read somewhere that the letters indicate the pigments that were mixed to make a certain color, like YR means that they mixed yellow and red, or smth like that. i think it’s super cool!
Creative Carrah that's really helpful!! :D
Creative Carrah I think that's quite obvious though
I was on the edge of my seat as you went through those greens...
...would there be a sap green?
:( I had no idea you said this now it looks like I coped you comment I’m just going to delete mine
Oh noooo!!
Oopsy daisy she
Don’t fall off the seat
That's what I was thinking!
Congratulations on adding to your Copics collection!! You got some seriosuly cute color combinations. I'm still waiting on the day I splurge. Haha
Love you so much waffles! And yeah, they do have lots of cute colors!
Omg waffles! You're amazing!
And now you have gotten copic markers!
months later
Steph: Lets save up for the indoor color blind glasses!
Adam: Yeah!
1 day later
Steph:* Orders a million copics*
Steph: it’s the perfect brown colour.
Adam: it’s okaaaa-
Steph: *noitsperfect*
May I suggest an e08 in Copic ciao? It has very reddy undertones and in my opinion much closer to terracotta as I have that ohuhu marker too and I just swatches them together and cannot tell the difference. Good luck though finding your perfect marker
+
That is the marker I was thinking of as well.
Now this is the Copic talk I've been waiting for
Here's how the copic color code system works, so you can be fluent in copic.
(V000, RV0000, etc.)
I hope that helped!
urplepanther urplepanther good explanation! Also codes that are close to each other are good for blending. Copics are great for blending groups!
+
MY SOCKS NEVER MATCH EITHER 😂 so cool getting to see you experience copics for the first time!! I have a hard time spending money on them so I still have a tiny collection and I’m afraid to use them 😬
❤
and NOW you own a lot!
*CROCKERY BLUE*
UH OH GRANDMA IS LOOSE
Crockery BlueXSap Green for life!
Your bed comforter is SO CUTE.

Ah! I got noticed!!! Love you guys! ❤️
Ja boi Deku s a p green is the best

I thought the exciting colour was going to be sap green.
Ja boi Deku I was thinking about sap green the whole time lol
Just for anyone who doesn't know... a port jackson is a very cute little shark with really weird teeth designed for grinding the shells off shellfish and lives around the southern waters of Australia. We see them when we go diving.

WELL I WASN'T WRONG
I'm surprised Steph didn't draw herself or Adam for the cute things in the room....
Also, don't worry Steph, my hands shake a lot too. Taking photos is kinda hard though.
Ohh!!! And I just tested now another one called Brick Brown that seems to be the same colour as terracota!!!!! I think so!

I just started watching this channel about a week ago and I can't stop binge watching their videos! Their relationship is so wholesome and they've inspired me to start drawing again.
Also, love me some crockery blue!!
E-18 and E-29 are pretty similar to the terracota one, I have them here

E39 is pretty close but a smidge dark

I thought the special marker was gonna be like a sap green, or a colorless blender lol😂
Oh a Copic color that would be pretty close to Terra Cotta, is E08 Brown (I know, the name is very boring) Also, where did you get your copics, I'm dying to know. Well, I hope that helped you Steph on your quest to find a new terra cotta❤
HandStealer me too I think E08 is so close 👌🏻
+
omg yea I know. i posted a comment saying that was close too
i tested my "77" colors
I mixed E09 and E15 and I think that we very close.
I just tested my E9 and it looks so close, but it’s so hard to tell on screen.
I think the color brown is an almost perfect match to the terra cotta color. It's much redder than the other copics you tried and I think this one is worth a shot. If it helps you find it easier, the copic number for it is E03
Doodle date is STEPPING UP ... copic markers and..... SITTING ON THE FLOOR???
*LOOK OUT, WORLD*
More like stepping down…...... from the bed *insert knee slap*
You mean: STEPHing up XD
The two letters in the beginning of the code tell you the color and the number tells you saturation. Y stands for yellow, r for red, b for blue, e for brown earth tones etc. The higher the number the more saturated it is. Hope this helps :)
YOU’RE SUCH A GRANDMA - Adam 2018
HAHA I wouldn't change her though
The feeling when you see 19 minutes - of doodledate!! 😍
Your videos have been so nice lately, with the new camera and just everything looks so good!!
This honestly means so much!
Thank you Brice!!
I was wondering if it was a new camera! And the editing is so fancy on this one! I love it! :)
About the wobbly hands, Charles Shultz, the illustrator that created Charly Brown and the Peanuts comics, had wobbly hands near the end of career, but his artwork is still so good, and SO loved! I think your wobbliness is nothing to be ashamed of. ❤️
THE ULTIMATE TEST.
16:00 those are couple goals of how you guys inspire each other one way or another
1. I like the small changes in the video editing. I like the old style too, but new is always nice. good work.
2. Steph - I remember when you mentioned your shakey hand... I never noticed until you pointed it out. You gotta roll with the abilites you got, and think you do good at doing just that.

You should do a drawing spin the bottle. What ever the bottle is pointing to you have to draw. That would be fun.
I love how supportive you are to each other and how that extends to your fans/viewers
It's just so sweet
Copics are so expensive that if I had any I would be too scared to use them 😂💙
I don't think Adam is scared of any art supply LOL

I love the calm music it makes doodled date videos more fun and chill😌
50% off copics?!?! Woah
I don't know if you will see my twitter post, so I will also share my findings here~
I think E07 Light Mahogany might be a better match to Ohuhu's terracotta.
I do not own that Ohuhu marker; however, when comparing E07 to E13, E07 is just a smidgen darker and more red in color. It might not be an exact match, but maybe closer?
There's a pretty similar color in Touch markers! Leather Brown (BR112) is very close to Ohuhu Terracotta
Right?
The point is to get a refillable marker lol
@@jadethegamermctechnically u can refill them with colic inks
I love you guys, you're so funny and original in each video. Never gonna stop watching ya. Love the improvements in the videos also, it all feels so smooth! ❤
You’re baaaaaaaaaacckkkk!! I’m so happy auugh. ❤️❤️❤️
Aww! Thank you so much Lydia!!
Lydia Rose ur right
You guys tried some new things while editing this video, and I really enjoyed it! I love your usual editing of course, but the style you were trying out this time was very nice, too! I have to say, y'all have been such an inspiration artistically and in filmography, but also as people without very much money trying to make it in the art world! Thank you so much for all you do, we love you Adam and Steph!
Omg I saw the word Copic in the notification and died. Then I came back to life to watch the video.
There are similar letter/number codes for theatre gels! Gels are the color sheets you put into the lights for anyone who doesn’t know
You guys should totally make a colouring book
12:02 AWWWWW HE CALLED HER A CUTIE ^~^ MY HEARTTTTT
The F A N C Y markers....
SOMEONE GET GET THE FINE SILVER
Okay first of all that sweater is SO SWEET on Steph! Also, I hope she'll get better soon, sending all the love
E09, or Burnt Sienna, might be like terra-cotta.
The way Copic codes work are: (Let's use B29 - Ultramarine)
B = The Colour range (Blue)
2 = Blending Group (If you want to blend the markers with other colours, try to blend them with colours on the same blending group (Every colour family has them (They go from 0 - 9)))
9 = The Intensity of the colour (With blue it is like how blue it is, bigger numbers meaning it's bluer)
This Works with any Copic marker Type or Colour.
OH MY GOSH GUYS! please do a three marker challenge with all your copics!! AH
the codes are abbreviations for the colors ie R=red and YR= orange etc.
i dont really use markers frequently but i recently bought six copics. The reason i know this is through watching plenty of people coloring with them and noticing a pattern of abbreviations
I'm so excited for you! And... a little jealous.
You ordered green? Green? GREEN? Where's Steph and what did you do with her?
It's funny, running along the crockery line, I have an acrylic paint called nanna's hanky, it's a lovely pastel purple :3
I also have a pretty bad tremors, it's hereditary, and I get past it by drawing quite swiftly and lots of flicks. You can't really tell in my art that I have it usually. Some days it's so bad I can't even put loose leaf tea into my cup, but most days I can do most things.
I found a copic color ,that is pretty similar to the Terra Cotta Uhuhu 😊 I think ,that E19 is really close to Terra Cotta 😊
And sorry if my english is bad 😂 I am german 😂😂😂
Copic ciao have a little nodule on the lids to stop them rolling away. Just make sure to have at least one lid on at all times. Ciao are cheaper than sketch because they have less ink. They all use the same ink so are easy to refill.
Beds are very FANCY BOIS.
i haven’t watched your videos in a while because i was busy with school and health stuff. sooo happy i came back just in time to see you using one of my favorite art supplies. missed laughing along so much!
Hey! I have a question, is the mangaka zig brush pen waterproof? I want to buy one and I do watercolour so it’s helpful to know if its waterproof.
“The Zig Cartoonist Mangaka Flexible Pen is perfect for drawing, inking, and outlining your manga art! It has a flexible fine point tip that produces thin and thick lines, making it a versatile and essential tool for manga artists. The water-based pigment ink is water resistant with watercolors and resists smudging with alcohol-based markers once it is dry”
- Jet Pens website
Their website says it is water resistant once it's dry (it's a water-based pen, so would probably smudge if you wet-brushed it before it dried). I've not noticed any smudging when I use water over mine.
I love seeing people swatch their supplies. It's so calm and satisfying
And Steph, there are so many copic markers there’s almost certainly one like your terracotta
The editing on this video is amazing. Great job!
The search for terracotta begins!!!!
Nice floor
We really upped the *fancy* in this one
Im a avid copic user, primarily because I get majority of my collection as gifts or they were on sale xD. But yea, the numbers and letters are a lot more helpful for when you need to get specific replacements and when you need to find colors in the same color family. Very helpful but also happy you guys are trying copics out!
Hey can you guys try blick studio brush markers? I heard they were really cheap copic alternatives.
I love copics! And yeah, the codes are confusing at first, but helpful once you figure out how they work. Copics are super awesome just because of their variety in shades and the brush nib, though that seems to be catching on in some other brands as well
Yay! I know this video will be great 👍🏼
Thank you so much, Poppin!!
Store your markers on their sides! It keeps them from having one side that's drier than the other, so instead of having a crusty chisel tip and a super liquidy brush nib, the ink is more evenly distributed.
I didn't know about the circle thing, though! I gotta try that!
Yes!You deserved this guys.We all love you and support you.I would love some Copics but I have some Ohuhu's now ;)💗❤️💛💚💙💜Edit:Yes,I have terracotta.
They’re so fancy lookin ooooo ;) A 50% off sale?? that’s insane :OOO (i always tend to love the colour names way more too haha xD that’s why i buy most of the markers i have xD) Also loving the sped up swatching :D please add more of that xD no ohuhu zone? or a.. NOHUHU ZONE? sorry xD
i swear, every time adam calls steph hun, my heart melts a bit. its too cute.
Adam has all these bright colors ........ draws in gray scale 😂😂
I LOVE Copics! And yes, the codes have a meaning. For example, YR means Yellow Red, so orange. :) There’s also a chart you get where you can tick off which colours you have/want and it has all the codes next to the colours so they’re easier to search for online and in stores.
I only have one copic marker and I have no idea where it came from
Cinderpelt 1111 lol
Copics are my main media kinda? I've been using them for a few years and the whole number stuff is just an easier way to identify the colour families! so like, the black markers are just numbers, there are yellow-green colors that would be YG, blue-greens are BG, reds are R, and violets or like reddy purples are RV or P or something along those lines! hope that clears a little up? i tried
