Thank you so much! Wow! All the way from US to Malaysia? What made you decided on moving over here?
Ampang and Cheras is actually very very big, hope are considered as the top 2 biggest addresses in KL, in terms of size.

12:08 the grab rider was riding in the pedestrian walkway...its damn dangerous.... regardless whether he gives peace sign or not.

True, somehow not too sure it’s me only or most Malaysians, we are “immune” to motorcycles driving on pedestrian walkways. But this needs to change in order for our society to improve.
      Thanks for pointing it out!

Your videos resonates with me as the 2 areas you featured Bangsar South n Maluri were my residences decades ago. It's surreal looking at this area as development has sped up so fast. The only landmark was Aeon Maluri those days.😅 Definitely a bustling hotspot n hot pot place now.😊. I did a visit there a few weeks back and was gazing in bewilderment at all those areas you mentioned here. Personally,I'd prefer to reside in Bangsar South than here.😄Thanks,Dylan for the walking tour. Nice! 👍👍👍😊

Wow! that is such a coincidence, Danny! Indeed both locations has changed a lot and I am with you on this side, I prefer to stay in Bangsar South, but to invest in Maluri area is also very very attractive. Thanks for watching and the compliments too!

My goodness seeing you sweating on this video the weather must be extremely hot isnt it unfortunately all these condo are serviced condo where you have to pay extremely high maintenance fees, commercial water and electricity bills and I dont think the local can afford ....All these new condo they are building pigeon holes to live with all their high prices they are selling ...Lastly I hope you can make a video of Pudu Ulu area and their old and new condo available around this area... Thank you for your video

Yes indeed the weather is very hot but most importantly is you guys get to understand more about Maluri😉
For those condos, it would be under Commercial HDA hence the electricity can be converted to residential but you are right on the maintenance fees which is on the higher side, which is to maintain those condos is a tip top condition.
Undeniably sizes of condos are getting smaller due to the increase of cost of materials , hence subsales is always an option for youngsters to buy in, provided with a preparation of at least 10% downpayment.
Pudu Ulu, got it! Let me put it on my checklist and thank you so much for your kind words!
