I've been needing a new coffee cup, so my little dog, Pear, and I headed outdoors to find a suitable piece of wood for it. I'm also finishing up my Copperhead Walking Stick #58. This one was carved entirely from one piece of White Pine and hand painted.

As a younger guy I have a short attention span, so I don't often watch videos from start to finish... except when it comes to your channel. You make the art look easy, like the wood always wanted to be a coffee cup, or a walking stick, it's wonderful in every way imaginable. Great walking stick! Like the cup a lot too! Actually today I was sitting in my hunting blind drinking a coffee and working on a stick of my own, and was wondering when you'd have a new
video. Last time I said if your work was any more life like you'd need to feed it. I think I should add you should keep anti-venom handy as well.

Another Great stick Mike.. The Coffee Cup was very one of a kind. Looks like its size would be enough to not have to make many trips back to the pot for refills..!! I'm still thinking about the offer you made me for a stick.. Maybe you could throw me in a coffee cup and i could take a vacation from Ohio to come pick them up..? Thanks Mike..

Also, have you ever accidently dipped your paint brush into your coffee? Or am I the only one that occasionally does that? And by occasionally I mean I have to keep my coffee mug 4 feet away while painting now.
You are not the only one. I like doing that with tea. Especially dangerous when the washing water and the tea have a similar colour.

Stinnett Sticks Haha, the key word there is almost. I'll swish it around and only realize it occurred after my brush is hot.
Oh yes, i have also dipped a brush into my coffee a few times. Always an amusing experience to me, and a call to wake up while i work .

Love the new mug, and of course the walking stick :D The speckling on the head, along with the other meticulous details, really does bring the snake to life!
