I feel the only thing that really stands out is having the British dive time alongside the battery pause consumable meaning she can stay under the water for an absurd amount of time. But the other features of the sub don't really make any use of that. This and Eskimo so far seem like they're going to be dead on arrival. They'll probably be usable, but there's already similar better options available.
Thanks for another first look video. I'll bet they originally were planning to allow minelaying like we had in the special operation, etc. but later pulled back from that plan and figured they better do something with this model. Personally, I don't play, enjoy, or support subs. When I see subs in a match outside of randoms, it is an automatic -1.
@@TheAradarit's been for quite few years. When i tested out the beta-version... and before they were forced to remove team-damage, because of the increasing amount of teamkills. At this point I and quite a few CCs were worried. Gameplay was OK. Problem was you got easily bored. And our fear was that they might make them OP to make people play them. Just as with CVs they also got great concealment, which makes them good scouts. And this is the problem. If the sub player got any sende at all, then easily can zone out destroyers, cruiser and BBs. Which has given them the nick name "the grieving class".
@@andreaspedersen3952 What I see in game is a lot of players whining about submarines, but the same players have zero games in the ship class. Those who do, have incredibly bad stats (10k avg dmg for example), and yet they claim the class to be OP. I play all ship classes in the game, submarines in the right situation can be quite powerful, but it's very situational class to play. I feel I have more to contribute with playing a DD. And if you get zoned out by a sub in a DD, then you just play bad. If you look at avg dmg from the best players, Gato for example is on par with Shimakaze. Battleships you can double the avg damage.
Oh cmon! Another submarine???
lol this is U-boat tipe XXI
Two buffs in quick succession, its 'negative' of slow reload got completely removed

your thumbnail is highly deceiving your videos say show one submarine but your thumbnail shows a completely different submarine
Only got the actual model after I already did the vid
@OverLordBou basically there's two submarines total that's interesting and also be interesting to see what that World War II version is
confusing as hell
Is it just me or does it look a lot like a Type XXI but with a deck gun?
It’s a test ship that is used while model is being done
this is a test platform - this isnt Seals Model
Subs...
The good thing is, she does not look playable to me. I think consealment for all subs is too good including this one.
When french subs?
And Dutch subs
Broken AF as all subs are in the game...
This sub looks really trash compared to Gato and Archerfish?!
YUCK
other sub???? ......
