    About Indo Chinese Recipe
    Indian Chinese cuisine, Indo-Chinese cuisine, Sino-Indian cuisine, Chindian cuisine or Desi-Chindi cuisine is a distinct culinary style which combines aspects of both Indian and Chinese foods and flavours. Chinese Indian food is generally characterised by its ingredients: Indian vegetables and spices are used, along with a heavy amount of pungent Chinese sauces, thickening agents, and oil.[2] Stir-fried in a wok, Indo-Chinese food takes Chinese culinary styles and adds spices and flavours familiar to the Indian palate. Curries, vegetables cooked in a spiced sauce accompanied by rice or bread-originated on the Indian subcontinent, but have since diffused throughout Asia.Spices such as turmeric, coriander, pepper, brown mustard, and ginger are present in curries throughout Southeast Asia, though each country has adapted the practice to utilize their own regional ingredients as well; most notably, Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai, Filipino Cuisine, and Cambodian cuisines all have strong ties to Indian-style curry flavors. |

    This is just like that paneer chop suey except you use shezwan sauce and more vegetables whereas in that chop suey the paneer was the main ingredient. I cooked the Paneer chop today for lunch and it was too delicious! I did alter the recipe a little to suit my taste ^^

      @@rajshrifood I have too many to name haha. But my most fav has to be Schezwan Fried Rice. I avoid the garlic and vinegar+ soy sauce and make my own version of the sauce. Add Basmati rice and some finely chopped crisp veggies and a delicious Schezwan Fried Rice is ready! I make a lot of sauce and store it cause the sauce is traditionally cooked in oil. As such its shelf life is longer! If the sauce is ready, making the dish takes no time at all ^^

    Do you get shezwan sauce in normal supermarkets?

    • @btsarmyforever3816
      @btsarmyforever3816 2 года назад +1

      Not really no. Also, it's best to make it yourself. Who knows how long it's been sitting on those shelves. I make my own. You can even skip some ingredients and it will still taste great. There are tons of recipes online to make the sauce yourself.
