    Tried it, came out decent. I realised that non stick wok is necessary to get the noodles crispy. Also, limiting noodle boil to 3 minutes is key.

    Hi Varun, Your presentation is great - both of yourself and the food. Loved the presentation of this recipe as well. Looks tempting as well. However, I am not sure if that much of boiling is enough for the raw smell of the schezwan to go. Will give it a try. Keep up your good work that is simple, clear and of high quality

    This is so delicious and simple to make. A wonderful healthy Vegan and Vegartarian dish. I would leave out the oil out of the veggies when cooking you don't need it. And I would toast the noodles on a NON stick pan with no oil get them crispy. If your pan is not none stick then use very little like less than a teaspoon of oil. If you have a spray oil that would be a little better. What a treat. yummy a great lunch.

    • @shenitap.8292
      @shenitap.8292 8 лет назад

      A little bit of olive oil adds a nice flavour though :) I would probably not put as much but a little bit gives it nice taste and crispness. Also, EVOO has essential amino acids which we really need in a vegan diet. So it still stays health as long as you are not emptying the whole bottle lol :P
