The way he changes the suit looks extremely canon in a way That feels most realistic to no other people done it tbh.
The worst thing is that even if is the most disgusting and somehow it makes no sense, it still actually makes more sense than the other ways he could change his suit i mean, there is no way you could change your suit and replace parts of the metal inside your limbs unless you are a bunch of meat goo.
And i know that by saying this I'm assuming he changed his endo, but i mean, he has a different set of eyes and no longer has the metal bars between his mouth, so he did indeed change the endo.

Springtrap: Habia un nuevo guardia, mori, las almas me revivieron, era lo mismo de siempre, pero me di cuenta que hemos estado montando toda la misma tonta farza desde aquel momento, trate de apartar mi mente de entonces pero no podia, me sentia estancado y comprendi que a pesar de mis cambios cada alma tenia algo que yo no. Opciones, desde que recuerdo siempre fui lo que Scott queria que yo fuera, pero que hay de lo que yo quisiera hacer? No podia retirarme, nadie dijo que ser el antagonista debia durar toda la exitencia, pero no podia renunciar y es por eso que tuve la brillante idea de fingir mi muerte.

Not always the case. William Afton is a Psychopath. He was born that way.
This is basically a more grousum version of how he got out of the old spring lock spring Bonnie suit, in reality, most of the locks where melted and rusted and weak from the fire and many years of being in the same spot, so that allowed William and his mangled corpse to escape his bulky suit in exchange for a more slender and agile suit, I think part of his right hand got ripped off when trying to take off the spring locks
