Maybe you can add cardboard in the pockets to stiffen it up, and it won't be so floppy. GREAT Video Thanks for sharing it.
On my gosh that’s funny you said that! I tried that and it was definitely better. Not my fave but better!
I have an old filofax I got in a mystery sale that is the same leather but navy blue. Beautiful, but finicky as hell. The leather is just too soft and thin. I put card stock in the big back pocket to give it structure.

Yeah I like a squishy leather but this one is super floppy. :)
Switch out the rings to 30 mm rings as well, that will push the papers out some
