Some people are just so.. Pure like that. They respect Prince as much as we do.
Why would Prince invite a person over and put them knowingly ill at ease? He was famous, guarded, and enormously private. And good manners and sensitivity to others is not appropriate for Prince. I did not know and do not know either person. and no wish to offend. But thinking of others feelings never is out of style.

Yeah i noticed that too like i think she smiled but like i think she knew like how shy and stuff he could be i mean many would unless a diva like world revolves around me, like he wasn't ever rude in his encounter with him just quiet and reserved like he didn't even have to sit with him who i think he didn't really know who he was.
And she didn't have a one time meet with him where he was totally different but became good friends where he did i think made him feel more comfortable and joke with her because they got to know each other better. So she was like no that's not the like the real him.
And i think that's all of us i mean me especially where i can be really shy and shit with new people but with people I've known and comfortable around that understand my humor like dry, sarcastic and dark humor because by then they know me more and that I'm not actually serious.

Selma cleared Prince's name because she knew him well. It's not easy listening to lies about people who matter to you.

Salma is one classy lady, her English with a Hispanic accent is beautiful. Her sense of humour and easy going attitude shows her inner beauty. I’d love to meet her
well, classy isn't a word I would describe her. She basically made her living showing off her assets, not really what "classy" ladies do. Magnificent assets of course, but classy? please. Beautiful sure, hot, sure, curvy, sure. mmm plays a striper in one movie, plays a striper in another movie, etc etc. Classy? no. Talented, smart, does producing, humanitarian work, latched on to a billionare. Most think of her as sexy. Classy, that's stretching it.

I'm not surprised Prince was very quiet. Apparently he was a very shy man in person, but all that changed when he performed. He was like a different person when he sang and played his music on stage. I think a lot of people are like that?
Amazing what music and drugs can do to people
Drugs don’t necessarily need to have a thing to do with this situation. Not at all putting myself in Prince’s league so far as talent goes but I’m a huge introvert yet I got my B.A. in Theatre Arts emphasis in Acting. It’s totally different being on stage and performing after you’ve rehearsed with others for weeks to create a show and when the lights are on you, the audience disappears and you get lost in the performance. I hope that makes sense. I mean, I hate giving a public speech where I can see the audience but a theatre performance is completely different. Cheers!
I think the reason Salma and David had such a different experience is that Prince preferred the company of women, especially gorgeous women like Salma.

I could listen to David all day long. His British english is so pleasant to listen to and he is a great story teller.
He also writes books - I'd recommend reading Mr Stink, if you haven't already (it's supposed to be a children's book, but it works just as well for adults).

I once got to sit in on a recording session with India Arie. During the break she handed me her guitar and asked me to sing her one of my songs. I flubbed it pretty hard, but she was gracious as an angel and sang along with me on the next chorus. One of the high points of my life, fer sher.

I met Selma once for a short time and she was very friendly and down to earth. Very charming. I instantly felt at easy and fell in love with her.

And some of this is coming from the same two other celebrity guests who told misleading stories about Prince and Jay Z, is born out of cultural differences. The young British rapper told how he met Jay-Z and that he wasn't treated like a familiar friend. But why would he be when the vast majority of rappers in Europe are not famous in America. And this comedian who thought he met Prince is kinda deluded. Prince wouldn't know him from Adam. But yet he feels confident in saying Prince doesn't talk much. Nothing wrong with having an opinion but any time people start making public statements they at least should be based in fact.

He really was . The only trouble is that I realised how good he was and what a complete and utter musical genius he was very shortly before he died.
Try to find the positive...finally we get to see and hear about him and his art, music etc ..before, he wouldn't even have allowed a clip like this to be on RUclips. It's sad the choices he made in that sense, because a lot of the younger kids had no clue how amazing and talented he really was. Shame he fought so hard to keep it not acessable because his music could of helped so many souls along their journey
