The chorus has been bothering me the past few days. I reminded me of something. I finally figured it out. It sounds similar to Michael Soul - Humanize. That was one of the Belarussian entries for their national final in 2019. Does anyone remember that song?

I like Belgium's entry, great song but for me it takes too long to build up and the end is too repetitive for too long.It all depends on live version and staging It deserves to do well but for me it misses that bit extra to consider it winning but hey who knows. Well done though Belgium.
I’m sort of on the fence about this song. The beginning doesn’t really hook me, but the build is undeniably epic (and repetitive). I like his voice a lot though and I am curious to see how it will be staged and performed live. It might be a dark horse.
