      I was surprised how adamant you are about raw food. Does that include seafood? I’m thinking about sushi and sashimi, so yummy to eat. I have never, ever heard of anyone nor known anyone to have fallen ill because of it. Ceviche is assumed raw but it’s cooked by lime juice. Is that safe enough?

      Doctor, please do more research on Palm oil... maybe the one you have in the states are dfferent from ours here in Africa.
      Palm oil or red oil is very good and used in almost all of our cooking, yet Africans are mostly healthy and strong.
      We also use palm oil to dilute poisons, while we rush the person to hospital.
      We use it to calm stomach upsets, and if a bee stings you multiple times, you have to drink it, then apply it all over your body to dilute the effect of the bee stings and make the swellings on your skin disappear.
      These are just a few I can remember off-hand...and I have used it personally in all these cases I mentioned except the poison version...and it worked perfectly.
      In fact, it's my grandmother that introduced these remedies to me, and I have gone ahead to use it multiple times and it works.
      Kindly do more research into Palm red oil.

    I use olive oil evoo exclusively for a long time now over 20 years on many things but never cooked. I used to make olive oil and mustard sandwiches and sometimes still do, and mustard salad with evoo mixed in. Or just evoo on bread only. Also it great on popcorn,. Use air popper then wet the popcorn with evoo instead of that yellow butter oil, then use those powders like kettle corn or something like molly mcbutter powder, and usually just sprinkle on some garlicpowder and sometimes cayenne pepper powder mixed with garlic and sometime bulk turmeric.

    Great stuff as always Doc 💪🏿 my ancestors are from Sierra Leone and we eat things like potato leafs and casada leafs that calls for palm oil, my parent's and grand parents are as strong as an ox by God's grace but I get it, it's not all false what your saying my wife have substituted the palm oil for extra virgin oil instead, an we eat in moderation, also we should only be eating fish with scales but I digress because I do eat cat fish sometimes, but keep up the great work as always 🙏🏿❤️💪🏿🎯

    I cook with canola or olive oil. Eat natural fruits and vegetables as canned fruit makes me nauseous. My meats all need to be well done . I drink water or zero sugar juices and sodas. At one point I was drinking Bai but found out it was not good for anyone. Also was drinking Snapple apple and guava juice until I found out it was also bad for me. I am diabetic and just needed something other than water to drink. I guess water is going to have to do.😞😭

      Hi What's going on with Bai because I'm currently drinking it

    • @OsAbliNgin911
      @OsAbliNgin911 2 месяца назад

      FYI Canola oil is bad. Also most olive oil in the USA is fake. It is cut with vegetable oil. It has gotten so bad that it has become a joke in Italy. The average American doesn't know what real olive oil taste like.

    • @TNexpert
      @TNexpert 2 месяца назад

      Bai tastes terrible and has bad ingredients

    • @OsAbliNgin911
      @OsAbliNgin911 2 месяца назад +1

      @@TNexpert Bai actually has clean ingredients compared to other brands in its category. Also the taste of Bai depends on whether you like Stevia or not. A lot of people don't like Stevia and have an unrealistic sense of sweet because of Sucralose AKA Splenda, which is in a lot of low sugar products in the grocery store nowadays. It is like 10 times sweeter than real sugar and most of the people who take Splenda like my mom are addicted to it. She can no longer use another alternative sweetener.

    I'm not sure how you're totally suppose to get away from processed food or sugar. I remember when eating "vegan" became a thing but living in a dairy state not willing to give up milk, eggs, or or cheese even meat for that matter. Under cooked meat, I always am careful with bacon if I order it in restaurants telling them I want it crisp. My meaning of "crisp" differs greatly from their's. I was kind of surprised bread didn't make your list. Especially whole wheat bread.

    You talking your FDA that gave permission to lab made meat???

    • @OsAbliNgin911
      @OsAbliNgin911 2 месяца назад

      The FDA is corrupt. The reason why USA has the worst food in the world. It has become a joke to the point that most Americans who have a weight issue always end up losing weight without trying whenever they travel to Europe. A lot of Americans that traveled to the Olympics in France are going to be surprised when they return to the USA and step on the scale. Where the hell did all that weight go? I was not doing anything much different than the USA. Many of them won't realize or make the connection that the overall food quality in France is better than the USA. Their government is not allowing the garbage to end up in their food system like the FDA.

    I remember when that mercury spill / contamination into the ocean happened.
    That's part of why I don't eat fish anymore.
    Not to mention all the radiation contamination that spilled out into the Pacific Ocean in the last 20 years.
    That and the ocean being way overfished.
