I've had a soft spot for both Ewok films (outside of ROTJ) since watching them as a kid. Nostalgia aside, they're not particularly good films, but they're not awful either. They build on the Ewok lore in an interesting way. The log traps the Ewoks use in ROTJ on the AT-ST walkers were reasonably already set up as traps against a marauding Gorax. And neat to see more of the Ewok engineering in the form of their gliders and villages constructed at height. I always considered the Ewok 'magic' to be expanded use of the force by a shamanistic culture.
