This is so amazing, I can't stop coming back to it. I would love to see this as a series on adult swim or hbo, it would be so dope. We need more entertainment like this ! Also fantasy in Spanish just sounds so perfect to be honest.
I had the luck of finding this comic in my local library and my God it was a real hidden gem. I had no idea it was so iconic and popular, enough to have fanfilms made about it even! There’s no subs but I recognise almost every scene and moment from the trailer, and I love the way it’s shot so as to mimic the actual scenes from the panels. Brilliantly and beautifully made adaption.

I like your version. It's so High Definition and it never fails to impress me. I'd like to see more, may be the full length feature film or another trailer based on earlier Slaine.
OH MY HORNED GOD! I have wanted a Slaine movie so much all my life, this shows what could be possible. It's such a deep imaginative world of light and dark, the celtic, the other, the organic, the ultimate fantasy franchise.
Would you consider making your future slaine film in the english language of the original comics, or even in the native irish gaelic language that the characters would speak?@@PaulinoCuevas
I work in VFX on the biggest earning movies, this kicks the ass off them, basic in parts but very very well made in terms of art direction, acting, lighting and some of the effects are even great......do a kickstarter raise some money, ill come work for you cheap
I arrived here with thoughts of "Here we go, what rubbish is this?" I am so happy to have spent these few moments watching something that rocketed me to my youth and back with utter amazement, joy and the LUST to rip open every 2000AD I can possibly lay my hands on, lay them out in order and spend the next few days reading and paging through Bloody, messy, raging BLISS... Now that I have watched this in repeating shock for the last 2 hours, dreaming of a day that this becomes a reality, I guess the closest I can get to Slaine is Conan the barbarian I must say "WELL FU***NG DONE, I'M AMAZED!"
Am I the only one who has to pick up on the language thing? Sorry, as this looks absolutely stunning, and as a long time 2000 AD reader, and Slaine was (and is) always a favourite...but the comics had everyone speaking English. The voice-acting is spot-on, but why try to recreate an ancient Celt/Irish/imaginary version of it, just for some mythical "authenticity"? Unless I'm wrong, and the majority of the audience you're aiming for are all archaeological linguists? I bet they're not..... In the meantime, just get the funding and make it! I'd pay, even if it was in Mandarin.......as long as there were subtitles....!
