  • A very simple and easy to make with a melt in your mouth texture kebab. Which you can make at home and it tastes just like the restaurant ones. I have also made a filling for the kebab with hung curd, you can also use paneer or you can even skip it. This kebab tastes really ambrosial in its own way and I think you should definitely try it out and if you do, let me know how it turned out!!

    INGREDIENTS
    3 cups Spinach
    1 tbsp ghee
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1 medium sized Capsicum
    8-10 Green Chilies
    1 cup frozen Green Peas
    1/4 Turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
    3 Boiled Potatoes
    1/2 cup Mint and Coriander leaves
    1 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour (Besan)
    1 tsp Cumin Powder
    1 tsp Garam Masala
    1 tsp Black salt
    1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (AAmchur Powder)
    1/2 cup Hung Curd
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
    Black pepper powder
    5-10 Cashews
    Oil for Shallow frying
