Wow this is so exciting, congratulations Emily! I recently brought my first home and initially my first offer wasn’t accepted, I was devastated. A week after, I knocked on the owners door to let them know I loved their home and if anything happens to let me know. On the day I was supposed to put a deposit down for a new build (which I didn’t feel 100% about) the estate agent called to let me know their sale had fallen through. It all worked out in the end, and I managed to buy the home I knew in my gut felt like it should be mine :) it’s an amazing feeling ! X

But, I had been told for ages that I will be moving in a month for about 6 months and now I have been told last week that I will be getting the rental agreement this upcoming week. I just feel like everything has been on pause and at a standstill, and now everything has accelerated at the speed of light!
You so deserve this. Nothing makes me happier, than someone who works hard getting all they deserve in life. Can’t wait to see your journey. Biggest inspiration to me x
we've been renovating for 6 years i've gone over and followed I Iove seeing other peoples house journeys and seeing different peoples tastes and how they finish their rooms
@@EmilyCanham we had so much to do it it only had an open fire for heating and hot water, no mains gas so had to install a tank, needed windows and doors, had to go back to bare plaster to get rid of mold and it was full on 70's but we've loved seeing it evolve, the biggest thing I'd say is take your time with decisions chose what you like not whats in fashion, and enjoy it, it's stressy as anything sometimes but so much fun
Me and my partner had a similar but different situation earlier this year! We viewed a house we wanted to rent and we weren’t in the strongest position because I’m a Nurse Paramedic student so my income doesn’t count but I spoke to the landlord about us as a couple and the work I’m doing for the NHS etc and he picked us which I really wasn’t expecting. But I knew I had to fight for it because it felt so right! So happy for you, been watching since you moved out of your family home to London at such a young age 🧡
