Love the fact you laid out all the tools needed ahead of time. I waste a lot of time going back and forth getting what I discover I need during the job. And this 66 year old body does not move fast or easy!

Very nice video. You do a great job of explaining/teaching. Very thorough and NO blah blah. Thank you. I’m going to have my adult son watch and subscribe also. I especially like the fact that you used hand tools and didn’t use power tools when not necessary like most others. I think you have a better feel for what’s going on and off and butcher less parts and equipment. Your puller might of broke if you would have used a power wrench on the pitman arm. I’m sure you were able to torque it back to shape. Nice work.

This is a great video explaining what the arms are and what the actually do and thank you for that. I’ve been working on Trucks all my Life but haven’t really done any suspension work, I can rebuild a 1st Gen Dodge throttle body but didn’t know what the heck a Pitman Arm was. Thank you for the Video my Friend Semper Fidelis

Another good video, well done. The 'green screen' effect is from the difference in light temperature between your background and foreground, not a problem.

If you have a brand new pin and bolt I don't understand why you put the old ones.

The old cotter pin should never be reused. That's a safety issue. Torque should also be used in such a critical place.

Very nice video. But no match marks for installation. (less experienced mechanics would appreciate this) Dodge recommends torque to 175 ft lbs at gear nut and 40 ft lbs at drag link.
As reminder, DO NOT only puller when removing pitman arm from gear post. Sharp raps by hammer - as shown - is required.
