now that the game is somewhat more balanced and peacemaker and johnny isnt that braindead anymore these future kombat league and tournament matches about to be INSANE!!! the neutral showcase and variety is gonna be soo lit...every character has a chance to win if u play the right way...may the best player win!!!
All this game has are combos. MK11 was way more balanced throughout its lifetime than this one, and had actual hype in its gameplay. The crowd here is dead, the gameplay is monotonous and boring. Sad what they did to MK with this one.

Guess you haven’t seen the mass reviews where people are saying MK11 was way better than this lazy cash grab and stating how good they didn’t know how good they had it until MK1 came out. Mechanically speaking, MK11 was the best one NRS ever came up with. It introduced Krushing Blows, short hops, universal overheads, universal wake ups, flawless block, flawless block attack, and last but not least, the best movement in the series. You’re right that MK11 did lack combo variety, especially if you played Baraka, Rambo, Robocop, Rain, ect. But I feel like it made up for it with the mechanics and having the best neutral that MK has seen. Also, MK11’s hype lasted much longer than MK1’s. MK1 was pretty much dead not even a year into its life. NRS couldn’t fully commit to a return to tag team, and went all-in for combos and kameos while taking out and changing a lot of the mechanics that made 11 feel advanced. In short, they reverted back from chess to checkers.
@@robertboucherjr.7296 no mk11 was never hype. Nobody like that game even punk called it a baby game because it was. Mk11 is a joke all those mechanics you mention are garbage. No real mk fan thinks mk11 is good. Mk9 and mkx is the king not mk11 or mk1. Yeah mk11 lasted a couple months longer than mk1,but nowhere near mk9 and mkx. Alot of people stop playing mk because of mk11 and mk1 launch didn't help.

A lot of variety, but a lot of fan favoriates like Shao Khan, and Mileena, and no names, like Li Mei doing work.
My only complaint is that I wish there was more MK1.

In my humble opinion 😢
@@irvingp6859 well, that’s more fair critique. As for buffs. Most buffs happened in 11 when Aftermath released if remember correctly, so same can maybe happen in 1 when Havik story dlc drops? I guess

Not really, Final Kombat just happened a couple of weeks ago, CEO was just too close, expecting a big turnout right after MKs biggest tourney is crazy.

Probably the time historically they usually put mk ungodly early like it starts at 4:00-5:00 (I don’t know for sure tho)
