In today's video we take a look at my collection of DC and Marvel comics published by Gotham Comics India.
Gotham comics started publishing comics in India in the year 1998. In the early to mid-2000s, Gotham established itself as one of the leading providers of international comic magazines in India, securing publishing relationships with DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Dark Horse Comics, and MAD Magazine.

A company called Gotham Comics had purchased the rights to republish titles from DC, Marvel and Dark Horse specially for the Indian market. They published the comic adaptations of the various on-going DC and Marvel animated series - Justice League Adventures, Batman, Superman, X-Men Evolution. They also reprinted runs such as Avengers by Busiek, JLA by Grant Morrison and Ultimate Spiderman.
