Let’s sing and move with Dan in our fun Fire Fighter song! We’ll pretend to be brave firefighters, stretching tall in Wide-Legged Mountain, sitting low in Chair Pose, bending forward in Forward Fold, and twisting to reach out, just like real firefighters in action!
This activity helps children build strength, flexibility, and coordination through engaging movements, while also encouraging imagination and creativity. The combination of yoga and song supports both physical development and mindfulness, making it a fun and active learning experience.

ABOUT YO RE MI:
Yo Re Mi is a musical yoga program for children. In each fun-filled session, we journey to new destinations using our bodies, voices, and imaginations. We collaboratively explore nature, geography, culture, rhythm, dance, songwriting and playing instruments.
