I just did 65 hour fast with snake juice and then broke it with a low carb meal (pickles some cheese an orange and a sirloin cooked super rare in water with salt) . I lost 8 pounds in 3 days. Now I will go to phase 2, so now I will fast again as long as I can. Hoping for 72 hours or longer, but ill stop when i feel awful again. hopefully its easier this next round. Im so happy I ate I feel so much better
