Today, I prepared a method for recycling and disposing of waste cooking oil that subscribers were curious about.

🚨 Caustic soda (sodium hydroxide)
: Caution is required when using.
Please wear gloves, a mask and long sleeves.
When dissolving caustic soda, use a stainless steel container or a thick glass container.
(Plastic or aluminum containers may corrode.)
Be very careful as strong bases can cause burns when in contact with your skin.
Do it in a well-ventilated place.
Caustic soda should be slowly added to the purified water.
If you pour water directly into caustic soda, it will react rapidly and it is dangerous.
Heat and toxic gases are released when you dissolve caustic soda, so keep yourself as far away as possible.
Caustic soda water is stabilized when it comes into contact with oil.
Do not touch soap with caustic soda with bare hands.
Dry it in a well-ventilated place for one to two months before use.

I use 1L of used oil and 200ml of liquid caustic soda (50%). I mix it during 5 minutes, in a plastic container, and that's all. It takes 15 days for the soap to be ready to use. I use it to wash clothes, to do the dishes... it's an amazing soap!

Loved this! Often watch people using large amounts of oil to deep-fry, but they never tell us what we can do with the oil afterwards. So it always feels like a waste. But the idea of making a soap is such a good one!

U can buy an oil strainer and reuse the oil. Even when i worked in fast food u keep reusing the oil until it turns black or to dark to see. Shes discarding perfectly good oil that can be used to fry again and again. I thought the soap making was very creative
@@cuddlesxyz 4 times of usage is best honestly. 8 and more if there's no certain smell or maybe if you use one oil for specific ingredients until they turn light brown. Darker or normal brown is honestly not recommended
Debes tener cuidado cuando haces jabón con sosa cáustica ya que tienes que esperar 2 meses antes de usarlo para que la sosa se saponifique y no sea agresiva para la piel. Una vez que lo hayas cortado debes envolverlo en papel secante (del de embalar) y dejarlo ese tiempo en un lugar ventilado hasta poder usarlo porque sino podría quemarte las manos del uso prolongado. Na minha casa fazemos sabão com Soda Cáustica e utilizamos depois de 22 dias. Realmente é um pouco mais forte mas nunca tivemos problema com queimadura nas mãos

and dunk all my secateurs, shears, scissors etc, leave them for a while and they will be good and

꿀주부님 영상 볼 때 마다 환경에대해 다시 생각하게 됩니다 ㅎ 마트 갈때도 장바구니 여러개는 물론 그냥 버리던 포도 포장 종이까지 이제는 모아다가 마트 채소코너에서 비닐봉투대신 포도종이에 싸오구요 .무상 종이봉투도 버리지 않고 재활용해서 채소 담고 과일담아서 냉장보관해요 ㅋㅋ그냥 버리던 우유곽도 세척 후 김치 썰 때 쓰니 도마에 물도 안들고 정말 신세계 더라구여ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 혼자 주방 정리하면서 꿀주부님 만큼실천 하진 못 하지만 “오늘도 내가 환경을 지켜냈군 후훗 😏 “하면서 혼자 뿌듯해 합니다 ㅎ 요즘 살림하는 재미에 빠져 있어요 !!! ㅋ저는 요즘 꿀주부님 영상 올라오는 날만 기다리고 있답니다!!!

In Malaysia, we can sell the used cooking oil. They recycle it to biodiesel which become fuel for transportation.

I did see that environment care in Asia was not a common thing when I went to Japan in 2005, fruits where singled wrapped and plastic was used for absolutely everything. It must have changed a bit since then and it's refreshing to see ou embrace the change. 🤗For the plyers I will comment in a video where you use them a lot.😉

Hola, creo que la manera más amigable con el ambiente es hacer jabón con el aceite usado de cocina , mi consejo es que luego de que llegas a la traza en el batido del aceite y lejía es que pongas los aditivos en ese punto de traza, digo el café por ejemplo y no al principio. Algo muy importantes cuando cortas el jabón en trozos es que uses guantes y por favor espera al menos 3 semanas antes de usar el jabón. Y el almacenamiento de los jabones lo puedes hacer dentro de una bolsa de papel y de esa forma no tomarán mal olor e Irán secándose naturalmente. Por lo demás te digo que tu vídeo me llena de paz y alegría, sigue así que vas por el camino correcto. Un saludo desde Argentina para ti

My mother advised me to never reuse cooking oil once it has been heated as it is detrimental to health so this alternative is far better than just chucking it into the bin. If you have a waste oil bin, be sure to put it in the bin.
It is also good to make soap.

You can add sodium lactate to harden the soap faster. Ratio is 1 tsp to 1 pound of oils. Hope this helps!

비누자르실때 맨손 깜놀 ㅎㅎ(가성소다의 강알칼리성분이 아직 있어요)
잘라서 4~6주 건조 해야 완전한 비누라고 할수있어요(이과정에서 글리세린도 생성돼요)

You should not use a wooden utensil to mix your soap. It will eat away at it. I hope you are wear protective glasses for your eyes as well while you make it. I make soap at home as well. Love your videos, they are so fun to watch.

Да правильно после жараи остаётся много масла особенно когда жаришь ,что либо во фритюре и обычно его вылеваешь в унитаз,а сдесь безотходное производство в домашних условиях, очень даже.хорошо и практично!!

nice ideas. The one thing I was shocked at was the avacado sandwich. That must have been a 2K calorie sandwich. I wish I could still eat that many calories without gaining weight or affecting the arteries.
