Is it possible to get a "cheat sheet" for these? I'm much more likely to try these if I can print out a page that shows how to do these as opposed to watching a video and then forgetting what I saw. Also, as an aging golfer I'd like to know if there's a 20-minute suite of recommended exercises and stretches that I can do every other day?

What is your opinion on the rounded spine seen in player with a much more passive release? Viktor Hovland, Akshay Bhatia, Tommy Fleetwood are just a few examples of a rounded upper back at address. I remember watching a George Gankas video where he explained it allows the body to turn more easily.
I think posture should be as ‘good’ as you can make it while still being true to your natural physique. Some players (Fleetwood etc) are naturally more rounded in the upper back
