    The flight crew failed to arm the automatic spoiler system, which automatically moves the spoiler control lever, and deploys the spoilers upon landing. The pilots also failed to set the plane's automatic braking system.

    American airlines 1420 dalles to little rock crashed in approaching lights in runway .Reason pilots did not apply brakes at the end they apply brakes

    Yep, they skipped some critical steps, just like those who forgot to extend their flaps, and Santa Barbaras who didn't wait for their navigation systems to synchronize
