I have a lot of things to say this time, but the words just aren't coming. Hope this reads well.
I'm not a rapper. You... might've noticed! I'm not too great at it yet, but listening to Calli for a couple of months have really made me wanna' try! I think I'll keep at it for a little while, see where we end up. Look forward to it!
For this video... Initially, we had a bit of a wider vision for it with multiple projector shots! But, uh... we sorta' got shut down by the cops. Don't ask. Basically, we just had to make do with what we had, and here's what we got! I still think it's really cool- plus, we've got a story to go with it, now. There... might be a video involving fire in the future, so we'll see where that goes. ^^"
Hololive's been a real help getting through these last few months... for a lot of us, I think. Kiara and Calli especially, have been super inspiring. I did actually audition during the first round of Second Generation, but... when second round happened, I chickened out. I see a lot of people I used to work with becoming V-Tubers, and I've sort of had the thought of trying that, in passing? But, the more I think about it- the more I realize how fuckin' difficult that lifestyle must be. The constant streaming and masking and the grind, y'know? "Welcome to the mountaintop" really put that into perspective. It almost felt insulting for someone like me to audition half-assed like that.
There's really no point to me putting this out there, I just... felt like I should share a realization I had with myself, I guess. It's fine to like where you are, and the grind isn't for everyone. Best of luck to those who like it, though! Second-gen is going to be awesome, I know it~!
As for me, I'll be right here. Same as always.
