Gindara Teriyaki Black Cod | Easy Way of Cooking | Simple Recipe

  • Want to make the perfect teriyaki sauce? Why not try my Gindara Teriyaki Black Cod? Grilled fish basted in caramelized teriyaki sauce. A dish so easy anyone would not believe how easy it is. Enjoy!
    Ingredients:
    Gindara (Black Cod)
    Salt & Pepper
    For Teriyaki Sauce:
    Soy Sauce
    Sugar
    Oil
    Sake
    Mirin
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Lemon Juice
    Recipe
    Step 1 (0:40)
    Prepare the aromatics. Dice the garlic and ginger.
    Step 2 (1:37)
    For the teriyaki sauce, pour the soy sauce into a saucepan then add the sugar. Mixed until sugar is dissolved.
    Next, add the sake, mirin, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice. Add pepper to taste. Let it boil until the sauce is thickened.
    Step 3 (3:20)
    Prepare the Gindara (black cod) by seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
    Step 4 (3:45)
    Prepare to grill. Baste the Gindara with the Teriyaki sauce on both sides of the fish.
    Step 5 (4:14)
    Cook the fish in the oven. Make sure to baste the Gindara every 2 minutes. Flip the fish to cook both sides.
    Serve on a plate. Add additional sauce. Garnish with onion leeks.

    Thanks for the video, but Yes i agree, the video is too long, ingredients, detail n practical are most important, we dont hv to watch simple things till the whole process finish, unless u got a trick that is useful for audience to learn.
