Those are the exact type of players that claim hanzo needs to be nerfed into the ground . They literally strafe with such predictability not even knowing their own faults and finish off by saying “100% lucky shots”

The problem is lower ranks, Arrge is top500 so his shots are 100% skill. In metal ranks, Hanzo spam is more effective than it should.

My guess would be to confuse and disorient the Genji, since after Arrge turned around the Genji was just standing there deflecting and wasn't expecting him to just walk around him lol. Arrge's playstyle is all about mind games and surprise attacks lmao
also he had storm arrows so he could have bounced those to the genji but the genji didnt do any damage to him so he knew/guessed genji was doing something else which in this case was deflecting
