I finally found your video on the egg muffins again! I wish i would have had this recipe before I had surgery! I could have baked them up, frozen them and reheated them as we needed them. Thanks I made these this morning. This is the first recipe that didn’t turn out dry and I even used Elk sausage. I added a little fresh jalapeño to half of them think I’ll try green Chile next time. So glad I found your channel.

I always wanted to try ghost pepper jack. but you can't go wrong with sharp cheddar or extra sharp cheddar and definitely any kind of pepper jack. Can't wait for my ghost peppers and reaper plants actually start producing.

I've never tried a ghost pepper! Pepper Jack Cheese is about as much heat that I can stand! Good luck with your peppers.
