The simple concept of meditation is that u focus on one thing until u and object becomes one .. in other words end of duality .. concept is same here .. u take one name again and again and ur mind starts to meditate/focus on that object .. Sometimes life can seem so painful and the pain is somehow stuck. Then I tune into Krishna dass and the Chalisa and suddenly the pain is transformed into love. Not a love that is somehow juxtaposed to the pain. More a love that embraces and allows the pain to just be held within the arms of the love. Not really sure why I’m saying this other than that I just felt like it and now that I have, I’m done speaking.

I have no idea what this chant is about, but it has such a frequency (especially the low notes) that touches me somewhere deep inside.
Sometimes life can seem so painful and the pain is somehow stuck. Then I tune into Krishna dass and the Chalisa and suddenly the pain is transformed into love. Not a love that is somehow juxtaposed to the pain. More a love that embraces and allows the pain to just be held within the arms of the love. Not really sure why I’m saying this other than that I just felt like it and now that I have, I’m done speaking.
in 2017 I didn't turn this down enough and she kicked me out again. So many worlds since. Thanks Krishna Dass and band and Hanuman.
