That game 3 really shows how many interactions fire king actually has.
if we were in a format where board breakers were just objectively better than hand traps i think fire king snake eye would be the better one. the problem i’ve had with the deck is how much hand traps and fire king cards actually conflict.
1:25 1st movement solo can't summon shopina and it actually matters in this instance.
mind explaining why?

@@diomede75 1st movement is 4 or lower and it also changes the decision on whether or not eclipse 1st because aria wouldn't be on the end board.

17:00 goddess’s negation is phrased like stardust dragon, not like ash blossom. Stardust can only negate effects that guarantee an attempt to destroy (for example, you can’t stardust snipe hunter), so I don’t think you can goddess ostinato since its ep revive is optional

Hello guys ! Actually severals judges tell me that u have to declare the effect on the activation of the SE field spell but it's a "when this card is activated" effects... Do you have a link to the official ruling or something ?
This is because it says "When this card is activated: you CAN place...". Because it says can it means you can also skip using the effect of you so desire therefore the need to declare if you are planning on using the effect on activation of the fieldspell

Melodious doesnt have a lot of experience with the deck imo. Ostinato should never end on flowering 1 schuberta and aria. The deck can easily end on flowering 2 schuberta, link and aria
Ostinato solo = bacha, etoile, aria, 2 schuberta

im pretty sure they cant activate Droplet in game 2, all the monsters are already negated by DRNM.
You can activate droplet under skill drain. It's an atk modifier first and a negate bonus effect
You cannot. Droplet is not the same as chalice.
@@Joao_Weiand droplet is exactly as chalice. The entire "Forbidden" archetype of quick play spells is for damage step shenanigans.
