    Great interview. One thing I would suggest is, at the end, ask the biz person to share their biz location, website and phone number....or whatever they want to share to promote their business.

    I will not spend money on any Haitian restaurant trying to hide behind "Caribbean or West-Indian etc"

      I feel the same way. Haitian cuisine is in its own class if you ask me. No offense to the other islands.

    They are not consistent one day the food is good the next day its horrible..
