for graffiti you typically want to use a chisel tip marker. posca markers, while not chisel tipped, are still great for practicing graffiti. but some good stores for graffiti markers are bombing science, spray planet, or art primo

use any marker bro. your new to the game, expensive markers are not going to be any different then cheap ones. just practice with anything u can.
Thin paper if you pencils or pen...but if you using markers , u need a thicker paper so that the ink doesn't penetrate through
