- On 15 May, Col. Lakicia Stokes, the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Cavazos Commander, visited the Fort Cavazos FireDepartment during a training exercise at their training tower. This exercise showcased
how the installation's fire department would respond to a structure fire. She also visited the Fort Cavazos Department of Emergency Services Dispatch Center and toured the installation's main firehouse.
