- Jaiveerraj invited me to his palace (Nilambag Palace) in Bhavnagar to come and train with him. He owns a beautiful set of Mugdals and I was very excited to meet and train with him.This video has footage from a few different days, just so you'd understand. He is going to build an entire Akhara in his palace with many other forms of traditional indian strength training, I can't wait to see it when it's done :)

Go to any truck stop that changes tires. They have plenty of old ones that they'll give you or at least sell for cheap. Just make sure to pick one that doesn't have wires sticking out of it.

Hello i m from bhavanagar too and i would love to tell you that after British government left the india there were total 562 states. So sardar patel assembling all the states to making one government. There first state given by any prince is bhavnagar. It was given to indian government by shree krushnkumarsinhji gohil the great grandfather of yuvraj saheb😊. And by the way i m also rajput😎.

The mace lifting in these patterns are meant to be done in a very slow pace. If you go through those movements slowly without jerking the mace with ur back,you'd probably feel very single muscle of your upper limbs from your lumbriclas in ur hands all the way to the muscles of your shoulder girdle, burn like crazy. Which is a good thing. I tried these once and I had pain in my muscles that I didn't even knew existed. What I'm saying is its a very underrated work out regime. And if done correctly is probably much more beneficial than many conventional work out regimes.
