I have a question, sir. I've used a lot of alpha textures before, usually in rock formations. For example, some of them pull out perfectly when I adjust the intensity; they match the appearance of the alpha and maintain a square shape, just like the brush, which is great. However, when I increase the intensity and pull it, the shape becomes round, and it seems to pull from the middle instead of applying the intensity uniformly across the entire shape. As a result, it ends up looking like a mountain rather than a deep crack.

Deaar Abe, could you please record a tutorial about how to deal with topology from marvelous d? i mean, sometimes you've got a complex clothes wich is really hard to retop. I know that there is some way when you put it in maya and retop above UV shells or something. And then use transfer attributes (?). Would be cool. thanks.
Sir Can you upload your new mervoles designer course in udemy this is very helpful for me because i have no credit card or PayPal i am from India and currently i am student ❤
i would love to my friend but unfortunately if we want to keep the project going we need to do some changes and even tho udemy is a great platform it doesnt allow us to have all the flexibility that having our own site will. thanks for understanding!
Wonderful tutorial. I've been using ZBrush and Marvelous for years, and it never occurred to me to do it this way. 10/10.
Thanks
That's the beauty of 3d there are always little tricks to learn about
Thank you so much. Very useful technique. I did Grabdoc to create alphas until now.
yeah grabdoc is good but i think this one has more control due to the canvas size
@@AbeLeal3D Yes also by this way, we have the control over the projection quality using bpr. 😁
very usefull video. Thanks ❤
Thank you !
You're welcome!
