I got a student loan in Alaska in 1979. I went to class about 4 to six weeks. I had to leave due to emergency tonsillectomy surgery. I went back and was told I couldn't continue because I couldn't talk. I only got the little education and that was it. I'm 75 now. About 6 or 7 years ago, they took payments out of social security. I didn't get the education, and the school closed decades ago. I have a rebuttal form to send to Post Secondary Commission in Juneau, AK. Put it in for bankruptcy and was denied because it is FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Just thought I would let somebody know. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️😎😎😎
I miss the "old Tate". You used to be all about beating the Dept of education but it seems you've changed. Can't even read ur articles on ur web page. I dont blame u bc ur probably making bank w all "changes". $200 for 20mins...

I’m 60 and my plan is to take 6 units per semester to keep my loans in deferment til I die. Keeps my brain active.
