If you think about it, trunks' timeline is the actual canon timeline. And the one that we know is only a deviated timeline.
Pretty much.
Cell’s timeline is actually the first timeline. When Cell kills future trunks and steals his time machine, he creates the future trunks timeline by going back to the past (since Cell arrived in the past three years before trunks did). Then that future trunks deviates the timeline when he gives goku the heart medicine and essentially creates the current timeline.
@@ssj6jose time travel is weird cuz even that cell had a trunks with a time machine so many more timelines "technically" before cell exist. Time is just a loop without a beginning or an end. So technically, when the time machine was created, there ceased to be a cannon timeline👀👀 🤯. Writing that hurt my head😅

Seeing Zamasu arrive to give the mortals aid was a wonderful twist. Surprised we didn’t see Black having a WTF moment. I especially loved that ending image. Seeing Trunks finally able to be happy and have some peace with a pregnant Mai at his side was just beautiful, even more so in color. Honestly surprised I haven’t seen such an image before now. Thank you for finding this happy ending.
I still think Trunks should have kept his original timeline but if we had to keep the original ending, this would have been an awesome way to expand upon it further and give him less awkward new life, forced to live his double.

DBZ time travel logic. It makes changes. Some good and some bad. In this case good as another Fused Zamasu wouldn't have been good for Trunks.

I really liked this. THIS is how the future trunks arc should've ended. Well actually they should have ended it like this in his original future Time line instead of fucking erasing it, but this is good.
I rather his timeline being erased. That moment alone made left me with so much shock. They actually LOST. After everything they lost. Zamasu was killed yes. But he still got what he technically wanted . Some stories needs some loses to keep you unexpected of what to Happen

I love this ending for Future Trunks given all the bullcrap he's been through, he definitely deserves a happy ending. Though I am kind of hoping in the official story, they canonize or at least take inspiration from Xenoverse. I just think that would be a perfect ending to his character for him and Mai to become Time Patrollers and help the Supreme Kai of Time. I mean that would even perfectly reflect this story's moral about gods and mortals working together.

I really enjoyed this story, I just wished Goku and the others thought him techniques such as the fusion, instant transmission and the kioken incase Trunks ever deals with another threat.

I honestly think I like this manga iteration than the actual arc itself in Super. Much more straightforward without the boring tedious stuff from it or Goku & Vegeta doing everything. However the scenario of Trunks going to a new timeline for a solo rematch in addition to the original arc is much more satisfying than the ending we got.

Moro can't escape in this timeline. Grand Supreme Kai sealed his magic 10 million years ago, and that seal lives on inside Majin Buu. In the main timeline, Meerus states that when Buu split between good and evil (at the end of DBZ), the seal was transferred to Kid Buu. When Goku killed Kid Buu, the seal was broken and Moro's magic began slowly returning to him. After a few years, he became powerful enough to escape. But in the future timeline, the seal was never broken. Trunks prevented Buu from hatching and killed Babidi (presumably the only mortal who can release him). As long as Buu remains alive and trapped in his ball, Moro's powers will remain sealed and he'll never be able to escape prison. Moro's life was also seemingly near its end too, so he'll likely die in prison.

He was not weak, they just had no acces to hyperbolic time chamber. And Trunks the only one who he could train to. zenkai was just not enough maybe he was strong enough to deal with just one android. Two androids was just to much. And sadly there was no senzus no dragonballs.

@@goebor2422 Except in this case that rage boost was corrected. Even in Rose, Trunks was getting pummeled though not as quickly. Showing this Goku Black put in significant training to truly be powerful. Then mastering kioken ability. Mean while our timeline (future trunks timeline), Goku Black punked out killing the Supreme Kai’s. The. Used fights with Trunks to catch up to power. Ultimately needing to fuse with Zamasu in order to achieve true op power boost. Keep in mind both souls were the same in two different bodies. Far more potent combo.

The language barrier was not easy. The Italian scriptwriter, me being French.
He had his vision of things and mine, which was sometimes totally opposite.
In short, it was hard at times to work on this doujinshi.

Did no one catch the plot hole in the story, unless the potara break somehow, when you fuse with a Kai or any deity it is permanent unless the dragon balls are used.
but that the plot hole goku black arc cnat happen in manga if he don't become kais gawsue made it cler only some who is rnaked kai can sue time ring no time ring no goku black in trunks timeline so manga msised up zmahsu ahs to be kai ro the hole arc cant happen
