This is one of the best videos I’ve watched! I had a spontaneous awakening in 2016 that lasted for 4 1/2 months. I had no idea what it was. I thought I was dying. I’ve been trying to get it back ever since. I get glimpses here and there, but it goes away.
I went through a similar awakening experience in 2012. One thing that helps me "get back" is the realization that I can't get back to a place I never left. The trying to get back is what's in the way. Hope this helps!
