    I use 2 types of matcha! I use both the ceremonial grade as well as the premium barista crafted mix to make my matcha latte personally, I use a plant based milk called soy milk it's delicious for me. I once in a while I like to go to Starbucks on a Sunday afternoon just to get a hot matcha latte with soy milk 💚 on regular work days, I make it homemade 😋 I like to switch things up a little 😋

    Is there a first harvest culinary matcha?

    I am confused right now I have matcha and in the packaging it’s written culinary but it looks exactly like the latte grade one and the taste isn’t to harsh and bitter but on the packaging it’s also written premium plus the first time I bought matcha it was latte grade and then I tried to get the more expensive one it tasted almost the same but a little stronger but not bitter

    I saw in a video, the matcha farmers said one factor that can determine if they get vibrant green flavorful matcha is using good fertilizer

    thank you so much for this useful short video for "matcha" grades. So since the ceremonial one is best quality , is it best used for cakes/ desserts as well?

    • @Nioteas
      @Nioteas  8 месяцев назад

      Thank you for watching! Ceremonial is meant to drink plain, if you are adding a lot of other ingredients to it like in a recipe, you can use a cheaper matcha powder. We recommend this one: nioteas.com/products/latte-matcha-100g By the way, this is the last day to save up to 10% off on our tea and teaware for halloween sales!

    So ceremonial grade matcha is the sweetest. Would you mind giving me the link to one of your ceremonial grade matcha products that have a sweet/smooth taste?

    I have a question that I thought of years ago and I still think about it, but it might sound stupid. I just wonder why its impossible to make a black tea matcha powder. Is it because the oxidation process would make it not digestible?

    • @Mote.
      @Mote. Год назад

      Because I bet it would be delicious if it could be made. But now that I think about it, it would be so high in caffeine.

      you can grind it into a powder like matcha but it will be so bitter. Matcha has to be very carefully produced so it doesn't taste super bitter when powdered. Basically powdering intensifies all the flavors

      It doesn't have an official grading system but there are many different qualities. We like to grade them based on their intended use

    Matcha is confusing. I just want a healthy, simple to make drink that gives me energy. No fancy creams in it etc.
