- How to get out of the friends-zone, turn your girl friend into your girlfriend, or get a second chance to progress things romantically with a woman after you have been friend-zoned.
In this video coaching newsletter, I discuss two different emails from two different viewers. The first email is from a twenty-two year old self-professed nice guy who is in love with his best friend. The problem? She has a boyfriend who is a jerk. He wants to win her away from him and asks me how he can do it. The second email is from a guy who got friend-zoned by a woman two years ago he really wanted to date romantically. I have done several email coaching emails over the past year to help him progress things from being strictly platonic and her saying there is no chance for him romantically, to his latest email update which is a success story of how he got her to pursue him, ask him out and even to cause her to invite him into her bedroom once things got hot and heavy on her couch. It’s a great small victory from a guy who has mostly lost his shit and emotional self-control over the past year and continued to make unnecessary beta male mistakes that kept him firmly in friends-zone. Things are finally starting to click for him.

The friendzone is like quicksand. The longer you stay in, the more likely you'll drown. Get out fast !! After the *"getting to know you"* phase, make your intentions clear. If the answwer is no, start pulling back.
The thing I had to overcome was, yes, I'm good enough. And, if she isn't smart enough to see that. I'll just turn away and look for the next one. Also, it's ok if she's not attracted to me, cause I'm not attracted to every woman. I'll be just fine without her if we both don't feel that spark together. Be your own best friend first fellas.

How to get out of the friendzone: Have options. Done.
By far the worst area to hangout in. You hang there waiting for your opportunity and all the while her attraction goes nowhere but down. You constantly seek approval, until you are tired of being her crutch. Here's a great metaphor, "what do people do with crutches once they are healed?". They ditch them. Don't be that guy who hangs out hoping that she responds to your text or call. Give her the, "I'm not interested in being your friend or gal pal... But if you change your mind give me a call." You guys may not win her heart, but you will gain so much empowerment and power to move on with your life to be happy and healthy. Get the power back gentlemen.
I spent 5 months in the friend zone whilst she was with another guy and moaning about him to me, but never agreeing to meet up. I look back on it now with utter embarrassment. I follow Coach's videos and it's totally changed my approach. I told her I've had enough and really care about her but won't be friends anymore and call me if she wants to go back to where we were. I've heard nothing from her for 2 months. At first it was hard and I wanted her to call, now I don't care and have met someone young and more attractive, as well as more balanced and a lot more exciting in bed. Couldn't be happier and I hope my ex finds happiness ( she's always been troubled ) but I'm so glad she's not my problem anymore. This approach works!

This is a story from yesterday. on sunday a girl from work gave me her snapchat and she was asking me all kinds of questions about me and i answered in funny ways without giving any info out and I took that as interest on me so i added her to make a date yesterday then she said she was busy the whole week and had a boyfriend then I just replied really that sucks and thank you for telling me well if it doesnt workout shoot me a message Id love to take you out. after that she replied It is nothing bad you can still talk to me(Backup or male girlfriend) then I said well thanks but not thanks I can wait. see you at work. and that was it but anyway Id like to say thanks corey for all you have done for all of us and for helping us overcome our fears with woman.

I was friends with benefits with this girl but after two months she ended it and told me she wanted to be just friends, I told her I don't think I could be just friends with her, she said ok, but I saw she was bothered by it, we are co-workersr, yesterday we were talking about something that happened at work, some guy is pissed at me because he wants to bang her and he knows I was banging her, she doesn't want anything to do with him so he hates me, yesterday she said to me " the kind of things you get for being my friend" trying to move me to the friend zone again, I told her it wasn't because I was her friend, and that I am not her friend. It's very dificult to keep the no contact rule because I work with her, in the same office, and we are alone all day long, and I have to sit right next to her sometimes because she is an intern and I am teaching her stuff, it's my job, how do I deal with the no contact rule and with being indifferent and not treating her like a friend if I am with her all the fucking time??
Carlos castillo, IMO you shouldn't think about her at all, just pursue your passions, treat her as if nothing happened, date other girls, I was once just like you, after I shift my mind into my passions, girls start chasing me. I don't bother with small problems because I'm too busy pursuing my dream. For example, I'm an asian guy who wanted to go to Europe to get my master degree, therefore I should work harder to save more money and keep my body fit and in shape. Akioblast 95 have read the book five times, but I had never been in this kind of situation. It looks like now she is seeing another guy from work, different department. It's difficult to be working next to her teaching her stuff and seeing how he messaged her on WhatsApp web, girls aren't supposed to be attracted tonight's who text them everyday, even when they are at work.
Date other girls dude, don't focus on relationship. In this world there are billions of women, some of them are single. I was needy and insecure before, that's why most girls rejected me, just focus on dating other girls, you're missing out the fun, I've dated a white, Chinese, and a half girl since I met the girl I told you about, at first it's hard, but then you'll forget about the pain. Let God decide, if she's meant to be with u then she'll come, if she's not then you'll find somebody better, my mom used to say

Corey, you tell it how it is, even when guys don't want to hear it. I have been 'friend zoned' more than once and yes it sucks but it's also not the end of the world. It's also not cool to try and break up other relationships like you mentioned. Sometimes the best thing to do is walk away. Your e-book is awesome. Please keep up the great work!

Merry Christmas to all! would anyone be able to give some advice regarding this friend situation but with a fiance that has been living with the man for 5 1/2 years. due to lying and substance abuse and many other issues throughout the last couple years she has worked on herself and decided to move out and for them to temporarily separate. she wants to getvan apartment close to the house and start fresh and rekindle a strong friendship from the beginning. prior to this happening they both wanted to and were under the impression of getting married to each other. the only thing that hindered the marriage was the man not staying off the substance he was abusing, the lying and such. now that he is in recovery she just wants to see that he can have goals and more ambition and organize his life while she focuses on her career. they own pets together which is also part of the reason for her to stay somewhere close by and they want to be back together provided the man can do what he has know and promised to do many times but never put it into action. he must assume the Alpha role of the household. he has to also provide a safe and comfortable future for her. so get circumstance with that still be the same concept of friends that you should avoid or would you consider the possibility of doing that? any insight that any person cannot phrase much obliged. thank you.
what if you accept "friendship" you stop giving her the attention and go for other girls? this is also a powerful position to be in. friendzone her instead of being friendzoned

First guy. I am somewhat in your situation. What I realised is, this happened because of not having enough experience. Best thing to do is: distance yourself, if possible, cut contact and focus on yourself and build your skills with women in general. Move on from her eventhough you are hung up on her. Time away and the distance will bring back to your senses. Offcourse how much time I don't know, this is different for each person.

I was friendzoned for 3 feckin years man. Gave her the speech and walked away. She had hooked up with a dude few weeks before as I gave her the speech. she reached out few times but its 3 months now and shes still with the guy. But I feel better for saying it. Wish i had read your book earlier. This woman i was seeing, was starting to pursue me, yet i became needy and in the end told her about my feelings for her. I feel like i completely blew all my chances with this woman now she friendzoned me. Told her i'm not interested in being friends, and to contact me if she ever changed her mind, but i feel like she already forgot me and is moving on. It hurts. Worst part is that i'm waiting around for her to call me. I'm deluding myself and hoping she will reach out to me.

Very bad idea. Review 7 principles to get an ex back. Your pursuit of her is over forever. It must be her idea. When she reaches out, make a date, hang out, have fun and hook up. If she refuses to meet up, then tell her to get in touch if she ever changes her mind. Start dating other women and focus on your mission and purpose. Dont waste time on women who dont see your value. Saying this to myself as much as Im saying it to you. Just had a girl reach out and attempt to friend zone me a second time after walking away and never looking back from her a year ago. My response was all Corey: "Give me a call if you ever change your mind".

Isn't it more like Acquaintance zone? I might be bit conservative but how often it actually happens when a guy is considered an actual friend to a woman? What is there to discuss? Many guys I have not had any interest in had basically pushed the idea of staying friends but to me it sounds masochistic on their part. I suspect women say that out of kindness but really mean "let's stay in friendly terms".
Awesome video. On point. This girl has been giving me mixed signals for years. Finally 2 years ago I layed out the laundry and told her I can't do this friend crap anymore. She got mad and deleted me from all her social media. She did me a favor. 2 months go by and she tries do contact me. I don't respond. 8 months later here she comes again sending messages. I don't respond. A year and a half goes by and she is at it again. I don't respond. Finally before Christmas she sent me a fcbk request. I waited 3 days before accepting. So far she's sent 3 messages in my inbox. Only one I responded to was when she said "hope ur doing well" ... I responded "I'm good, thanks "... She likes all my posts on fcbk. I don't like any of hers. I've had 2 girl friends since that time. But I'm open to getting together for some smash session. I can't go back to the old way. Im not sure if I should even bother ever responding.

Ugh those romantic comedies and dramas are like poison. Total brainwashing that ruins men's lives. You've got to remember that movies and TV series are fiction and make-believe, not reality. The screenwriters of these programmes probably have no idea how the dynamics between men and women really work in real life.
Was hooking up with my ex again after her and her new bf after me broke up... after a couple rounds she told me she just wanted to be friends. I told her I wont be your male girlfriend and if you change your mind let me know. She got angry and said oh because I wont have sex with you anymore you wont be my friend? And I said no. so I got my ex gf of 4 years back, we have been dating exclusively now for two months, my question is ,is it bad that she hasn't told her parents we been dating again or is it normal?what does it mean? and what should I do?
I would relax and not make it a big deal. If you focus on that you are worrying about things that girls worry about. Just worry and focus on being fun, and laid back with her. If you bring it up or worry about it you will present things that women make big deals.

If you are that stable guy that doesn't let it bother you she will love it, and always want to be with you. A girl is driven on emotions, they can't help it. If they want to dance they are going to dance. Don't let it bother you, if you let it bother you or follow her around she will not understand why you don't understand her emotions. Be there to have fun with her and hook up. Don't worry about being a gentleman etc. she will not respect a gentleman and she will always be looking for a man. If you are that man like Corey talks about than things will work out. If she decides to do something else, then its her loss.

This one girl i went on a date with contacts me here and there. we used to talk a lot before on the phone etc .. all rule breakers im here after the fact.
now after the trip she is always busy (this is proven fact) but shes admitted to making and canceling other plans elsewhere before. she wont set dates with me. so i don't contact her but she does contact me. if i dont respond ... using Coreys method of like texting the next day cause im busy, im a catch she might message twice in that time like she REALLY wants to get hold of me. So i ask a date she just says she really does not know.
Feels like a game. what does she want if she keeeps contacting me noticing im gone and wont set dates

She said it was not that she was not interested jst that she is busy with work school etc etc (she is ) but there is a limit you know.
