They really found the perfect actors for this movie :-)
Yesss your very right
Especially richie's they look a lot like each other :)
Amy Adams looks a lot more like Sophia Lillis than Jessica Chastain
seriously though, they all look like older versions of the younger actors. the acting was spot on too. it’s incredible.
I can’t watch the movie because I’m underrated but this seemed like a good movie
This is the only movie that the adults look like the kids
IKR LIKE EVERY OTHER MOVIE SUCKSSSSSSS
Omg ikr
Have you seen Dark?
IKR!!
And ACT like kids lol
Beverly knows before anyone else does.... the way she reacts haunts me.
SAME😭
She’s the only one who saw the dead lights but hear me out Richie did too and he had no idea what happened and he was just as clueless as the rest of them!?
@@miayellowhawk7661 bev was caught in the dead lights and saw what was gonna happen to them in the future. Richie only got caught when they were already trying to kill him in this film

2:32 “hEY HEY! THAT FORTUNE COOKIE’S LOOKING AT ME!”
😂😂😂😂
it sees your future
😂😂😂
I laugh SO hard every time I hear that 😂
love that line 😂😂
Image yourself being in a restaurant, with your wife, or husband, with your children. All of sudden you see a random guy, goin' nuts and randomly smashing a table with a chair, shouting "IT'S NOT REAL !!! IT'S NOT REAL"
I could never
This is just working in a psych ward😂😂
😂
The most unrealistic thing in this scene was the waitress asking if everything's alright. I'm pretty sure most restaurants would kick you out and call the police if you start hitting the table with a chair.
I would’ve laughed so hard 😂😂
"I don't write my own material"
"I FUCKIN' KNEW IT!"
i‘m sorry but this „horror“ movie is way funnier than many comedy movies i just couldn‘t stop laughing anymore
I am also sorry, but you are acting insane. You know, this movie reminds me of Stranger Things, which is INSPIRED by the works of Stephen King.
Honestly, it was the same in the book. A majority of the stuff pennywise did to them as an adult wasn’t actually all that scary. I felt it was kinda representative of how things that scare you as a kid don’t bother you as an adult
@@Kingdomheatsox2 I dunno why but chapter 2 was way more scary to me then chapter 1
Right
AdamRee1940 they are completely different have you even seen stranger things? Are you just saying that because Finn wolfhard is in both projects?
The fact the waitress was just like “is everything alright...” and then moved on like it was nothing and didn’t call the cops or anything is so funny.
She's oddly calm
And the fact that literally NO ONE reacted when Richie was cussin out that kid.. I think it’s the city of Derry, it makes ppl ignore shit
Just like in the first film, everyone is under Pennywise’s influence
Ok
@@5634TYok
3:14 onwards, I was crying from laughter in the cinema. Came back to it and I laughed so hard once again
Erebus Anima You are insane.
Same tho
@@AdamRee-lx8uh me and him, yes, *_we are insane_*
AdamRee1940 some horror movies have funny scenes dude🙄
@@hollymatters You mean me and him 😄
3:19 me when I see a spider or a cockroach.
🤣🤣🤣 same
Right 😂😂😂😂
I saw one cockroach in my bedroom between my dresser and my bed once and there was another one crawling by the stove another day. I freaked out and just tried to kill it 😂😂
A c'est compréhensible. Heureusement que les cafards et les araignées sont plus normal que dans le film.

2:54 the way he yelled out "EDDIE" just made me warm and fuzzy. Why tf am I like this tho with God damn IT CHARACTERS
Idk if its just me but I found it cute when Richie got scared when Eddie was in danger it was so cute! He really cares for him, those two's fighting and caring and love for each other is so adorable! Richie sometimes is seen as the annoying smart mouthed sassy guy but underneath that he cares and loves his friends. Especially with Eddie. Those two were the only reason I watched this movie. They have such a great relationship!
Richie was confirmed to have developed feelings for Eddie and was secretly gay for him, hence Pennywise saying “I know your secret, your dirty little secret.” In the park scene. :)
@@balloutiumhd1060 Yeah, ik all of this. I find it so cute! And so sweet of the creators to actually make Richie like Eddie!
Disgusting
@@noo9144 you are lol
I love it how the waitress calmly asked "is everything alright?" when it should be obvious that a man banging a table with a chair smashing and breaking every single plates and glass cups every where is definitely not alright.
Pretty calm reaction to walking in on someone slamming a chair on one of your tables 😂
It is simply called a bad Screenplay
2:55 hah he’s sayin Eddie that’s cutee
Agreed!
thats why there reddie
I love how they are all getting attacked and richie is worried about eddie🥺😂
Ok
Lol Richie was used to this at this point he wasn’t even freaking out he was just like “wtf is that?”
They all are. It’s actually funny though cuz Instead of running they knew IT was fcking with them and just questioned “why the hell would he conjure that?”
This was one of my favorite moments of the film, just so causally annoyed
The fact he was arguing with the kid 😂
0:43-1:22
No one:
The adults at every family reunion/game night/party playing a game trying to figure out something:
A great mix of horror and comedy
Am sorry... Where was the horror? 😂
A great mix? My god ...this is pure trash! They are literally destroying the restaurant and the woman is just like "are you cool?"...GREAT COMEDY ladies and gentlemen
@@manojajithpanicker1691 Bruh.
3:56 The Fun’s just beginning right 😂
I love that scene so much 😂😂😂
you think this is funny
You think this such a game??
"FUCK YOU ALRIGHT I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU!"
2:08 “what the fuck is that man?” Gets me every time 🤣
Same😂
Damn, they really chose the perfect cast for the sequel. Yet, the cast almost look like the younger cast. Especially for adult Eddie.
And the adult Stanley
Except Ben , coz he got hotter.
2:32
Bestest line in the movie
Eddy's line at the end is my favorite lol
This takes place in a place called “Jade of the Orient” with sounds like a place in my town in Bangor Maine called “Oriental jade”
well, steven king is from maine and he wrote the book
Hypnos36 the town of Derry is based on the town of Bangor and Stephen Kong’s house is just a few streets away from mine
3:09 I still can't get over how Mike and Billy reacted to the floating skulls in the water tanks filled with blood and water-
Casting the actors who look like their child versions is the most fabulous thing a director could ever do, and Andy did it.
2:08 The way Richie reacted What the **** is that...😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣just as mine🤣
Stanley should have been there with them they were stronger together.
That is because he is filled with fear. If Pennywise takes his fear, he can get stronger and kill all of the members of the Loser’s Club.
*cough* maybe they all would have lived *cough*
He was just too afraid. He couldn't bear to break the promise he made to Bill, so he chose the only other option he saw fit. In the book he did it because, unlike the others, he remembered everything all at once and it psychologically ruined him.
@@theangelproductions then why not talk to someone about it like his wife who he had widowed?
@@christophermaccool8029 I'm pretty sure in the book he was rendered borderline catatonic after the phone call so talking about it didn't even cross his mind. His thoughts went straight to ending his life.
I like how in 1990 the adults were scared when they saw the fortune cookies but still stayed calm, while in chapter two they became fucking zany seeing the fortune cookies
Like they were on mushrooms lol
3:35 yea can we get the check 💀
3:32 🎈
The way that Eddie said "I don't wanna be here I can't fucking do this this I wanna go home" meaning that he's still scared when he was a kid even as an adult he's still scared
The scene when they're talking, laughing and picking on eachother? That's like when my brothers and I reunite with our old friends 😊
If anyone wants to know what the floating heads in the aquarium were singing, it's a Chinese song called "Tea Picking Dance".
No one:
Richie :the fortune cookie's lookin at me!!!!
When eddie said I need my fucking inhaler I was just like ahhh there's my boy
People going on how its just funny but I guess its just different fears for different people - That fly baby and the chicken thing is straight up nightmare fuel for me.
I laughed first time I saw this scene but second time I watched it on my own I noticed the head's of the dead children and when I say I had a full body chill and I felt the need to hide under my blanket-
0:56 me and my classmates trying to answer the Scrabbled words
Screw people that criticize this movie, moments like 3:24 are what truly make it for me haha
Horror movies don't have to be scary to be good - they can be funny too!
3:27 *This scene of Mike is me when I hear that my school is opening soon*
Me: iT's NoT rEaL! It'S nOt ReAl!
Beverly getting Stan’s name is too sad. And even worse she saw Stan m, her friend, die in the future, all those years ago. Her not putting his name on the table shows how she didn’t want it to be true and then Eddie’s “Why does it say Stanley!”. That is how strong the Losers’ friendship is
Did anyone see IT walk past the fish tank real fast after Ben said Let him speak as soon as Mike said this is what IT does. Anytime there is a freaky scarier moment with the group IT is always around.
That was not IT, that was a whole ass bald man
@@princelockwoodnot549 good for you...You can see😂😂😂😂🤣😭😶😅😅😅😅😂😂😂🤣😭🤔😭😭😭😭. Now gon some damn where🤪
One of my favorite scenes from the novel, which was bone-chilling in its detail. The 90s miniseries portrayal to this day is fresh in my mind and gives me shivers. Do give the Chapter 2 film kudos for tipping the hat to that version while being slightly true to the book (should have been more so though). The cast was great however.
I swear it's not a horror movie its a Comedy movie😂😂🤣
I hate to say this, but you are acting insane. You know, this movie reminds me of stranger things, which is INSPIRED by, not created by, the works of Stephen King.
Heheh, lol you totally right, a lot of people say it to me too, I haven't watched the movie yet but I really think that the movie will be very funny to me(my opinion).
•And also, creepy clowns that opening their mouths with their sharp teeth don't scare me at all, it's actually very funny cause it's weird ^^.
•And another reason why I don't afraid of "horror movies" cause I really like to see actors covered in fresh blood(that's actually ketchup or paint balls or pig blood), and when the actors are afraid or suffer in the movie it's kinda funny(I know that I'm the creepiest person you ever seen U~U).
•In short, "It" it's the best horror/comedy movie in the world ;)
I agree, it’s meant to be a mix of different genres
1:10 small thing here I love how Ben not once but twice kept trying to calm everyone down and let Mike explain everything
If the cg is better, this scene would be scary. And i think there's no scary scene in IT chapter 2. I mean, there's none.
yup
Nahhh there’s at least one and that’s Bev’s dad most scariest thing about the movie
you must have a high tolerance bc i was scared so much of the time
I agree! It part one is extremely good! But part two was kinda meh.. and the cgi is horrible as in PlayStation 1 looks better
I agree, the CGI kinda sucked, but this scene is still pretty trippy
Everytime this scene gives me goosebumps
While reading the book, this scene scared the hell out of me, more than others. Same happened while watching the film. Now I realize It was because I was rememebering every single word written in the book.
You really remember all the words of the book?
@@theilluminatibenefactor I did back in the day. It was a fresh memory. Also, I was talking about that specific moment.
Agreed!
1990 IT original restaurant scene was just a classic and the reboot restaurant scene was Hardcore just great.
0:03 you can see pennywise behind the fish tank all the way to the right but disappears at 0:15
0:23 too
wait where- i can't find him
Noooo????
Top right corner!! Just a little bit or am I trippin
I think i know what you're getting at, that might be him
Literally amazing movies, after some time it stops being scary but some of these jumpscares are literally bone chilling and they kinda pull me off guard xd
When dean says ‘the fun’s just beginning’ it reminds me of one episode of goosebumps ‘Don’t Go To Sleep’, when Matt went back up to the attic to retrieve some things he left and said boring reality the reality police were their and one man said ‘the fun’s just beginning’ and the attic door closes as it ends
Best Horror movie in years.
Comedy* it wasn't scary at all.
Ahahahahahahahaha
I went from crying when Beverly putted down the name of Stanley to laughing at Richie's "THE FORTUNE COOKIES LOOKIN' AT ME!"
This made me laugh sooo hard 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Same.
Might well be my favorite scene in the whole movie. Possible Eraserhead AND From a Buick 8 references? Sign me up!
Omg I couldn't stop laughing😂😂😂😂
THIS WAS CRAZY BUT AMAZING!
The kid looks just like A child version of the actor that plays Pennywise. Crazy
Pennywise "Its not a reunion without me"
2:08
Bro’s really just like “Aw fuck not this shit again”. He so real for that.
who else fell to the ground laughing when richie mistook the kid for pennywise
Stan 😥💕
:((

Guy chicken out can't fight him again and killed him self
No Eddie
*everyone backing away from the table to get to safety*
Richie: “What the fuck is that man”
This is a good scene :)
Terrible writing, editing, mediocre acting...good scene indeed
@@SithisKnows only thing here thats mediocre is you buddy.
I couldn't stop laughing when the head in the tank was singing 😂😂😂
Welcome back to Derry.
should've been little pieces of Stanley showing up in the fortune cookies, not just generic creepy crawlies
Yeah that would have been creepy. I guess they didn't do that though cause of the scene a little bit after that where they see a talking rotting corpse of Stanley in the tiny fridge and they have to fight with his crawling head
Waitress: everything alright?
She said that so freaking calm it bothers me so much 😅. Doesn't seem like the right reaction to a group of people shaking in fear while the other guy smashes the table repeatedly with a chair 🤣.
“AHHH, THAT FORTUNE COOKIES LOOKIN AT ME!”
My god i love richie
1:14 Eddie: I need my fuckn inhaler 😂
think its cool how the little fortune cookie monsters are their fears, specifically Bill saw a helpless baby chick come out of one before it was killed by the ooze
Ok when Eddie said “I need my f****** inhaler” that would be me. My asthma is so bad and I get scared so easy but surprisingly this movie and the first one, it didn’t scare me too much. Just the jump scares got me and I ended up laughing after.
The reason I dont Eat Fortune Cookie Lol🤣
4:10, best part of the scene😂
the baby looking spider thingy had me crying i was peeing myself haha!
Is it me or do I think the singing heads are hilarious
3:10 what is that song cus I actually like it
Tea picking Dance
The way both Mike and Bill reacted were hilarious-
@@theilluminatibenefactor
Mike: *Starts hitting the table with a chair like a psychopath* "ITS NOT REAL!!"
lol even when richies scared he finds a way to be funny
*well that shit got dark fast.* - Richie Tozier 2019
Need my fucking inhaler!!!!
Lol the director tried so hard to make a comedy-horror.
The miniseries beats both adaptations by miles. At least the adults then had actual chemistry. Not sure what this is.
I swear the Part where Mike is like
🪑ITS NOT REAL and the waiter Comes back like 👀 has down the funniest scene 🤣
2:53 Whenever anything that flies and it looks hideous goes close to me
3:07 Those singing heads undewater really creep me off and i don't know why
I finally found someone who also noticed that
I remember how Sophia Lilis (Beverly) said how she wanted Jessica Chastain to play as her adult version and Finn Wolfhard wanted Bill Hader to play as his adult version
Their wish is granted
Mom can we get Chinese food?
Mom: we have Chinese food at home
The Chinese food at home:
I think that IT/Jumanji best reboots sequels so far.
This new version is better, scarier than the mini series
3:29 Why is she acting so calm? They almost destroyed the whole table and almost the whole room? They destroyed all porcelain too, I'm glad that Mike didn't have to pay for that :-) 😅😮
I'm sorry but I died of laughter when that baby bug appeared
Ok but why do I find that baby creature kinda cute like I want it
3:18 When the Alcoholics Anonymous meeting goes wrong!🤣🤣🤣
When I saw the cookie creature at 2:18 I was seriously hoping one of the characters would immediately kill it.
Epic
once you know the context as to why the kid said that it makes it even funnier how he goes “...right?”
The baby creature thing gets crushed when Mike uses the chair to break the table. It's so creepy
Them: OH MY GODDD ITS A ALIVE FORTUNE COOKIE!!
me: *On the ground laughing so hard I feel like throwing up my organs*
To everybody else in the restaurant it just looks like they’re on a really bad trip 😂😂
Mike: ITS NOT REAL! While smashing the chair against the table
