EDCO of Poway - WX Rapid Rail 584

Here’s a Video I shot last summer, my first time filming in Poway. I found this truck almost immediately upon entering the route. This truck caught me completely by surprise. I completely forgot about this truck by the time I visited Poway.
To me this is one of the best looking RRs from the North County yards. This truck was rather famous for being nicknamed “The fastest rapid rail ever”, but has sadly lost that title since then. It used to run regularly in the city of Poway and is used as a spare since this was filmed. Still very cool to have gotten to experience this truck in 2023, in it’s very pretty hometown.

Awesome Video! I’ve Never Been Really Into EDCO’s Poway Trucks, I Prefer Lemon Grove’s Trucks. They are Faster and They Are Mostly Ex-Daily Disposal.
